Clean dining area, friendly staff, and fresh food options. My family usually come here and the experience is always the same. They have decent portion sizes and a clean, well lit seating area. Drink station is also clean and not sticky like some places. The staff is very nice as well. Overall, we've always had great experiences here and will continue to come back because of it.

This past couple of times that I had ordered from here, they're barely giving meat. Every time we order the black pepper Angus steak, there are only 2 or 3 pieces literally of meat. They put all the veggies on top and mushrooms, and when you open your order, there is no meat. Why charge more for something and give less????

Moved here from California a year ago, and I was so happy to eat at Panda Express again! So, while at an appointment in Savannah we saw this??? Yes, that IS a Panda! My son's first job at the Panda Express location in Fontana, California. No Panda near my current home close to Hilton Head, SC. It was a great treat to find that the Beijing Beef and Teriyaki chicken didn't miss a beat! We had a T-Mobile coupon for their new Chili Crispy Shrimp. The shrimp, while a good deal, was rather soggy, not crispy. I picked it up from a rack of pick-up orders ready from the app. I'm not sure how long it sat there. If fresh, I think it would be delicious. I remember the rice and chow mein portions were a bit bigger on the West Coast, but I might be mistaken - they didn't last long, they were so delicious! The unsweetened tea was a disappointment - very acidic and tasted like it wasn't very fresh - I exchanged it for gloriously carbonated Diet Coke. SC seems to be stingy with carbonation. Why for goodness sakes, it makes your mouth so happy! Bathroom was clean and shiney, the dining room was also very inviting. Smiles all around. We'll return to this location for sure!

Rice was not the best but the spicy orange chicken was decent, no wait line and affordable like everywhere else… it wont be the first option but not the last one either

Staff Friendliness: B Cleanliness: D+ Food Temperature and Taste: B+ Dollar to Food Portion: C- Overall: C+ My visit took place on a Friday at around 5pm. Not much foot traffic inside. Some associates had time to lean and exchange conversation. 3 booths were available to sit at, none of them were wiped down from previous customers. Your order for dine in, is no longer placed on a brown tray. So you have to balance the styrofoam containers, your cup, egg rolls, sauce packets, napkins and cutlery all with two hands. So ya, c'mon! My date shouldn't have to carry her items, that's my job. A brown tray would help facilitate that. Panda express has decided instead of using paper plates for dine in, now you get a styrofoam carrier. Which I will also point out, allows for less product to be placed inside. So the company has increased pricing and reduced the quantity of two side items, (Ie., Chicken and Beef items). They still try and load you up on excessive rice or noodles to present your getting a lot of food for the value. Finally, I am no tree hugger, but bring back paper plates for dine in customers. Styrofoam is not earth friendly and your cheating me out of food. And clean the tables and lobby up. If you have time to lean, you got time to clean.

We ordered rice and pasta here. Both were half-cooked making them crunchy and disgusting. The employees tried to be nice but were desperate for us to order (even though we were taking 5 seconds to decide what we wanted) so they were sighing and rolling their eyes. The ambient was like your regular fast food restaurant, so it was decent. Definitely not eating here again though, the food is not worth it.

I probably could have given this a 5 because the inside is nice and clean, but we went at the very end of the day and some of the items weren't as fresh as they could have been. Many of the pans were half empty and they probably didn't want to waste food by making new batches. They have a good selection and also have some meatless dishes like 'fake' chicken and lots of veggies.

The Orange chicken is good. Veggie is kind of over cooked and unfresh.
