Recently
visited
the
branch
to
open
current
account
for
my
tech
startup.
Mz.
Umarani
the
officer
gave
15
pages
of
form.
I
went
back
branch
after
3
days
with
necessary
docs,
she
was
not
there.
The
other
staff
told
the
form
is
legacy
one
and
i
have
to
fill
a
new
one.
It
was
irretairri
how
Mz.Umarani
can
gave
such
legacy
form.
I
went
two
days
after
and
asked
her
about
it.
She
simply
says
without
any
apologize
as
to
the
bank
has
changed
the
form.
How
such
big
SBI
can
change
thr
form
in
3
days
without
any
perior
notice
or
any
transition
period.
So,
I
got
a
new
form
filled
and
submited.
Mz.
Umarani
verified
and
accepted.
After
a
week
she
called
me
to
visit
next
day
morning
mentioned
something
is
missing.
When
I
visit,
I
came
to
know
he
applied
leave
on
the
day.
How
ridiculous
it.
I
then
met
the
manager,
asked
how
he
can
keep
such
staffs.
He
apologize
me,
and
asked
me
to
leave
as
he
doesn't
know
what
was
the
issues
with
my
application.
He
called
me
in
an
hour
with
my
account
number.
He
was
nice.
Very
bad
experience
with
thr
branch.
Every
business
exist
only
by
customers.
Better
SBI
teach
this
to
staff.
