I've been to a few Fazoli's this location is by far superior then every single other one that I've ever been to. The food quality. The service. Right down to the cleanliness of the restaurant. We have two other Fazoli's around AR area that are within 30 something miles and I will gladly Drive the 50 something miles to this location and never go to the others again. Absolutely worth it

An awesome location, good food. Great staff. Madison took our order and was very kind. She walked around checking on tables and kept busy the entire time. Props to her for working hard!

Hot and fresh. We ordered the family meal. Great price. Service was sweet. Ate with real forks for only about $5 a person. The place was clean, and the atmosphere was fabulous.

Ordered $40 of food. It was horrible. Threw it in the trash. Called and spoke with restaurant staff and explained how horrible the food was and she suggested we bring it back to be have added sauce. Breadsticks soggy and greasy, spaghetti dry with no meat sauce and lasagna hard and crunchy. I gave 1star because you had to in order to write a review.

Our 1st time visiting. Greeted walking in the door. Great customer service! Delicious pastas, lots of options. Accomodations made for my family. Fast food with the feel/taste of an expensive sit down restaurant. We will be repeat customers!!!

The guy who was running the drive thru was very nice and patient with us while we took our time ordering through the drive thru. It was near closing so, I am hoping that is why my chicken was ice cold throughout. I ordered the bacon chicken ranch salad. I took a bite of the chicken by itself and the piece I took a bite of was ice cold almost as if it wasn't warmed up properly. There was hardly any bacon on it and barely any cheese. I made it a meal and got a piece of pepperoni pizza with it. It was pretty good though! After leaving this review and the owner reaching out to me, I spoke with Brittany, the manager. She is so nice and was very apologetic. She offered to make the salads right. I love the customer service y'all have and wish others would follow it, everywhere. ♥️

The staff here was very kind. We had a large group, and they accommodated us and made sure we had everything we needed. I was quite pleased with the service and the food was good too. See photo. We had a coupon for a bake. It's always worth having a coupon each time we go to Fazolis.

They were polite and professional. Thanks most drive thru in this town have people that are not very friendly and can't pack your bag rite. They want 15.oo an hour and can't pack a bag. Yours is very Great 👍 they deserve 15.oo.

I have been remiss in not posting a Faxoli review. Now I have to hurry before my husband eats everything. We redeemed a BOGO lasagna today. My husband thought he’d need extra sauce before he cut into his. The meaty sauce was squeezed out and he was very happy. The breadsticks were hot & buttery, not soggy. Brooke was very attentive and loves visiting with guests when she’s not busy. We always have their salad, which is fresh & colorful. Oh, mustn’t forget that they play Christian music! Glad to bave real plates and silverware again! Great meal, great atmosphere, great app & super employees! Thanks, Fazoli

We had the most congenial and attentive servers of any restaurant we have visited over the past two years. We can always count on a clean environment and good food, but tonight the service was exceptional.

We were driving through town and snagged some Chicken Broccoli Penne and a salad. The food was fantastic. The broccoli was cooked to perfection. The drive thru window was pretty quick and the customer service was awesome. Don't hesitate to eat here!

Spaghetti bake was great. Bread sticks okay. Lots of great service, they were very patient with my grandkids. My grandson didn't like the pizza. He has high standards at 6. Lol My granddaughter loved the spaghetti with meat sauce.

The chicken Alfredo wasn’t very good at all. Don’t recommend it but the breadsticks were amazing.

We hit them smack in the middle of "The After Church Crowd ", but the service was quick and very friendly. There was still plenty of room for our group of 6. The food came out very quickly and it was ask great! The bread sticks were so hot from the oven and the portion sizes were very large. Everything tasted great and the kids asked for more. The staff was around often to replenish bread sticks and drinks. Could not have asked for more.

It was excellent! I ordered the pizza baked spaghetti for me and my daughter for lunch and it was so good. I took a picture of what we had left oh you also got breadsticks with this all you can eat. I hope you do try them out!!!

I take my oldest here to reconnect over a yummy plate of hot saucy food and let me tell you, this place is so welcoming and clean! The staff here are one of the best parts. Everyone is friendly and thoughtful and they remember us! The breadsticks are hot and the tables are clean! We love this place and look forward to stopping in whenever we can.

The food is way overpriced for fast food. We were wanting something quick and inexpensive so we went through the drive-thru. It took about 20 minutes to get our food. We got 2 make it a meals and 1 lasagne and cheese curds for $43.??. Way overpriced and not that good.

My husband and I just got home from there. Order two spaghetti orders one with meat balls and the other with out. Both was with very little sauce the one with meat balls he didn’t get any. They were served on little saucers my husband’s lasagna was small square and not very good. We seriously tip well and don’t complain but the meal was really bad the salads were good and nice size I also ordered mild wings and it burned the inside of my mouth but my husband liked them. Anyway sorry if I sound whiny but it was really bad. Donna

My husband and I love to eat here and the other night we went through the drive through and ordered and we waited but the cashier said we are so sorry but we made a mistake with part of your order and we are fixing it and if you could just pull forward we will have it out to you in about 15 minutes and they did and they also gave a coupon for 5.00 off our next purchase. I want to say to the team and management that was working that night Thank You for seeing the problem that the staff cooking made and fixed it. You could have easily just put it together handed it to us and it be wrong but you didn't you explained the mistake that was made and rewarded us as well. We will be back to eat again. Thank you to all the staff who are working hard and long hours to make our family a meal in these hard times. I know it is hard to be short handed and no help but you all handled ours very well.

Passing through and needed some quick food. This hit the spot. It’s fast food Italian. As long as you go into with that in mind it’s great. The food didn’t taste like chef Boyardee which was a nice surprise. The lasagna was good, at least on par with Olive Garden. The bread was soft and had good flavor. The pizza was decent too, the bread itself had a nice flavor. It’s worth another visit, if we weren’t passing through. Portion sizes were perfect.

This went way above my expectations! The costumer service was beyond amazing and fun. The amount of food I got here was half the price of what is could have been at McDonald's. The food was better than most sit down restaurants. 100/10
