Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I like to support stores directly and rarely buy online. This time I was sold a Montale perfume that was probably in stock for too long (in my opinion - otherwise I have no other explanation) and completely lost its scent within 5 months. Unfortunately, customer service is not customer-oriented, they weren't friendly and didn't offer me any goodwill. It's a real shame, otherwise I would be happy with a small discount for my next purchase. Mistakes happen everywhere and otherwise it wouldn't be a problem. Sorry, but I don't want to recommend the store and would rather shop elsewhere.

An older employee (presumably the branch manager) doesn't even think it's necessary to greet you...instead she has loud private conversations on the phone and loudly criticizes potential customers. An absolute no go! Not everyone who dresses in black clears out their shop! They actually didn't deserve a single star.

I was actually looking for a specific scent that they didn't have there, but I was given very good advice and shown various scents that were similar to it. The employee took a lot of time to explain a lot to us and give us a lot of background knowledge about the various perfumes. I will gladly come again! Many thanks at this point to the employee Ümit.

“People who don’t want advice and testers are thrown out by the old lady.” In times of online shopping, people try to support local markets, especially during Corona times. I work as a product tester and write reviews about the products myself. To this day, I always thought Schuback was great as a brand. Without being dramatic, I felt uncomfortable in my own skin today. If you don't want customers to test products, in my opinion you should simply write/point out that or politely say that it's not possible at the moment. Instead, as a foreign customer, the old German lady told me that I wasn't allowed to test products here, that the things I was looking at were not suitable for my age and that I shouldn't touch anything. It almost felt like she didn't trust me to be able to afford the products. Unfortunately, I thought wrong. This old lady actually wanted to throw me out of Schuback today with the statement “Go to the Douglas”! I say “detrimental to business and rude!” When I said that I would like to stay here and that I found your behavior very rude, she said, "It's okay," go. My conclusion: Schuback and especially this branch and this lady should definitely take a course in customer service and advice.
