Not impressed - went in yesterday to look at a laptop I saw on Trade Me to be told it couldn't be sold as it was advertised online. Later that day, the listing had been withdrawn. When I rang Cash Converters they told me that it had been sold instore!! When I told them i had been in yesterday and was advised they couldn't sell it to me they tried to explain it away with 'he's a trainee' Here's a thought, train your trainees in your processes??? They then offered to sell me another computer that was double the price as the one I had originally inquired about.

Have sold a few things here. These guys are fair and decent people. Was happy with what I was given.

Worst store I've been to. Not only are the hours on the website incorrect (9/04/23), they also don't answer your calls.

I went here February 2021 and I was greeted by a kind customer service representative who was very courteous and knowledgeable. They made me feel at home and were more than keen to help me get what I required. The staff were helpful and the store was tidy. The shop was clearly advertised and accessible.
