This is a great cafe with a yummy selection of food catering for a all kinds of dietary requirements, Well worth a visit. We have also ordered the pre-made keto meals which were really tasty and well worth the money.

This place was absolutely amazing! Was recommended to me by my brother and it exceeded my expectations. I ordered the steak sandwich which was cooked to perfection. My friend purchased the jackfruit tacos which were also fantastic. Great portion for a reasonable price. The owner was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. I could tell he takes great pride in his cafe as I watched him greet every single person that came in, as well as said goodbye. Highly recommend and will definately be back soon.

Really busy place! The service was efficient which we were not expecting given it was so busy! We were however, dissapointed with with our orders. The toasted sandwich with 3 fillings was particularly small given the hefty $14 price tag. I had the pasta, ravioli to be precise. I felt it was too rich with the generous amount of parmesan cheese and lathering of butter/oil I was unable to eat half of the good sized portion. Overall, this was a good venue, worth a try however I would definitely recommend sticking to the standard brunch orders like the big breakfast or eggs bene. It's in the higher price range for breakfast/brunch options.

Came for lunch with my son. I had the Kumara stack made vegan and he had fries and a toastie.. food is very flavoursome and was well presented . Will be recommending for sure !

First visit, even though we live only 5 minutes away. I had the Brioche Chicken Katsu burger, wife had the vegan, black bean burger. Both were excellent. We arrived a few minutes before the kitchen was supposed to close but they fed us without any hassle. Great coffee, Fortune Favors beer.. we'll definitely be back.

Went for lunch on Sunday and had the pleasure of being served by Sushil and his team. Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. Highly recommend!! (the wellness bowl was a favourite of ours)

I’ve tried every cafe in the area and Sushil’s Cafe is by far my favourite- in fact the only one we go to now. I’ve been countless times and the food is always executed perfectly, coffee is amazing, good variety and something for everyone. Sushil and the team make the cafe such a warm welcoming environment. You can tell this cafe is passionate about bringing people together with beautiful food. I will continue to highly recommend this cafe to everyone. I’m normally not one to leave reviews ever but this cafe deserves so much recognition. It is a must visit if in the area and is by far my favourite eatery in the greater Wellington region.

Bloody amazing!! Food is made with love and taste delicious. Sometimes i get a-bit nervous eating out but Sushil is so friendly and chatted to us and made us feel so welcome. Lovely food. Attentive staff. Did a brilliant job of helping my husband who fell and hurt himself out on the street. They were there with a first aid kit and special attention. Thank you Sushil and the lady (your wife????) with you. Most impressed.

Our favourite local cafe. Friendly staff, excellent service, and delicious food. When we’re in a hurry, our go-to is the breakfast croissant with the most amazing relish, and of cause coffee to go.

An absolutely delightful experience. We stuck with simple food for a light lunch but it was delicious all the same, we look forward to sampling the more interesting fare in the future. Finished off with a delectable slice. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sushil himself, and made for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Will be back again and again.

The food was amazing! Had the tacos - portions were generous the price was so affordable for the quality and size. Was a talking point as it’s a hard shell wrapped in a soft shell. So no fillings fall out! Took my mother in law there. Was packed and service was the best I’ve received in the entire wellington region. Cafe is humble but cannot fault it as it’s such a buzzing atmosphere with great service and amazing tasting food. Even our Curley fries were cooked on point. I’m making excuses now for friends and family members to meet up for a brunch because I need to go through the menu and the daily specials looked Devine. My hubby and I live in Aotea. You’ve definitely got a loyal customer from us now. The chef even came out and was so present and friendly when he asked us how our meal was. Cannot fault. Keep up the good work.
