Excellent. Making best use of the location beside Poriua Harbour. The menu concentrates on having a lot of options within a smaller range of offerings i.e. bagels, burgers and salads but multiple options for each. Coeliac and vegan friendly. The baristas also know their trade.

Went here for the first time recently and we’ll definitely be back soon. My wife got the cheeseburger and I had the Beyond Meat burger and both were excellent along with the curly fries. The bagels looked great so will try these next time. Great outlook over the harbour and I love the bean bags for sitting in the sun or the shade of the trees.

Not very nice food there today. The meat tasted off and the deep fried stuff was dry and tasted old as well. We won’t be returning there for food but the drinks were fine

Just popped in for a bagel today... banging! Crunchy and soft on the inside and a delicious combination of fillings (I had the Tumeke). The setting is spectacular, and these guys are making about as much of an effort to increase their environmental sustainability as would currently be feasible for a business of their kind. It's not common to pop into your local cafe, to fill up your soap/shampoo/cleaning/detergent bottles, before getting a coffee you finish off by eating the cup and all the while, you're bike's being fixed in the back. Brilliant!

Fantastic spot for parents with under 5 year olds or if you just want a great coffee. Outdoor seating and bean bags provided on a grassy area overlooking the estuary. There is a public toilet available and they provide ride-on toys for young children with a few scooters for the slightly older kids. This is a great quiet spot away from the hustle of the Porirua shopping area.

I can't recommend get Fixed Bicycle repairs highly enough. Simon fitted my bike with a bafang motor 18 months ago. Now, 6000km later, I can safely say that Simon has always given the best advice and fastest service. I've always felt I've got more than I paid for and the bike's still going strong. Thanks Simon!

Took my old bike to get fixed for a second opinion on its longevity. A bike shop had advised it's gears are no good any more and it's better to get a new bike. Simon had a good look over and fixed it easily for a small fee and my bike is as good as new! Now I'm riding around with my one year old on the front! So much fun! Very grateful customer here. :) Oh also the cafe is fab with nice coffee, awesome curly fried and I love the bean bags and toys on wheels for the kids.

Can't believe I found this gem in Porirua. Absolutely gorgeous setting and the service was amazing. If you are dairy free like myself, or vegan, Get fixed have options for you. Their bagels are delicious, their donuts are incredible. And such friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Awesome place to have lunch. Porirua is not well served for vegan choices generally, but this place has a fantastic plant-based menu. Will definitely be back to try more of it!

We recently went to get the kids a milkshake and have a drink on our last day off. The milkshakes were good, but very expensive, beer was good and priced reasonably, but the wine was a tiny amount for $11. Total amount was $38. Too pricey.

Cool location next to the harbour, with lots of open grass space and bikes for kids to play around. Friendly staff, good food, great sunny Porirua day spot 👍🏾 workshop staff also very onto it, well priced, and helpful. Go to spot to get my bike running right 🚵🏽

Excellent service! Went in to ask for some advice about pumping up a particularly difficult wheelbarrow tyre and Simon was a godsend. Gave some great advice and even pumped up the tyre. Professional, friendly and helpful! 10/10 👍🏽👍🏽

Couldn't speak more highly of Simon. He is amazing! I hadn't booked in and just turned up, he answered all my questions and got 2 bikes fully serviced and installed dropper posts on both as well as getting a new tyre for one and screws to fix a helmet all on less than 48hrs. Well above and beyond. Will most definitely be returning whenever we need anything bike- related

Stunning place with probably the best scenery in all of porirua ! Its defs a gourmet takeaway store so like just be aware that if they're busy there will be a wait on food. The food was delicious though! AND THEY HAVE VEGAN OPTIONS BABES ! Coffees however came out on time ! Also, the bathrooms are portaloos so just be aware ! They may change this in the future but for now that's how it is. The outdoor seating is very 'picnic on the grass' and they have beanbags, toys for kids and a bowl for pups which I personally adore! All in all I love it cx there's also a cute textile store next door and sometimes people sell their goods out front too ! I don't know much about the bikes but there's that too !

We really love that place but there's just one thing which we just can't figure out. We've been to this place many many times now and every time we have to wait for our bagels at least 25 to 35 minutes and at times it was busy so we just accepted it. But the last few times and just today we've been here and waited 35 minutes for 3 bagels and we were the only ones in the place and were also told that there's not much of a wait today because it's obviously not busy. The bagels were okay today but definitely not worth the waiting time. And that happened now a few times. Everytime we are just wondering why it takes so much time to make bagels..? If we decide to come again I hope it's possible to order before.. apart from that the bagels are really delicious.

Very basic cafe, limited options. Milkshake was good, though found after finishing it there was a black hair in it. Good for sitting in sun near beach on a nice day, or getting bike fixed, just don't expect much from food.

Wellington NZ, great views, staff were polite and helpful, food was well presented and prepared. The food smelled amazing! (I was not eating today). The coffee was good not great, but I like my coffee one way whilst others love their coffee the way it was served here so no real complaints just a personal note. The views over the harbor are amazing and the pohutkawa trees are everywhere and look stunning. Well worth the visit and coffee.

Great location over-looking Porirua harbour. Very casual with outdoor tables and bean bags. Great for kids with little bikes and toys to play with. The coffee (Ripe) was really good. I had a salmon and cream cheese bagel, which was tasty but at $19 for a thin bagel and toppings was really pricey. Also had their banoffee donut, which looked better than it tasted. The actual donut dough was quite dry, but the filling was nice. The girls who served us were very friendly and accommodating.

This cafe is such a cool place to hangout, they have bean bags, kids cycle and toys just outside. On a nice sunny day it's just the perfect place to chill and have yummy bagels. We have hired their mountain bikes and they have always been so nice 😊 to us. Great location in Porirua too, just next to some cool cycling trails.

Get Fixed Bicycle Cafe provides amazing food, coffee, and service. They cater to all dietary requirements which is amazing for a lactose intolerant person like myself! They're big on sustainability and there's always a cute pup nearby to pat. Definitely one to visit!

Prompt service. Nice vibe. BUT not a repeat. Prices excessive $20+ per burger, for unloved escarpment burger slathered in gobs of mayo, zero greens - literally 2 leaves of lettuce - in reality, burger looks nothing like the pictures in Discover Porirua. I paid nearly $100 for a simple lunch for 4 people, one a child. Not worth the money.

First time at this cafe and just want to say the coffee and view was amazing. The staff were friendly and made each customer leave with a smile. Great stuff Evie and Jemma. Will be back for my morning coffee each day.

Haven’t managed to get in-store for a while but have ordered delivery numerous times and thoroughly recommend the menu and food. Lovely, fresh items with a range that suits our entire family, including vegans. Thanks team.

Went in really wanting to like this place. Great location and good to see that part of town being used, especially having been away for years. The coffee was really good. I had a mocha which was very tasty and the staff are friendly. Good selection of drinks and food. I was let down with the beef bacon burger. The patties overly processed and filled. I'm not too sure how to describe it. It didn't seem like it was all beef. There was some sort of filler - it was definitely a beef burger and not and impossible burger or something like that. At least according to the menu. Yeah so quite let down by that. My mum had the salmon salad and said the salmon had something off about it, the flavour was wrong. Also the whole recycled compost toilet experience wasn't that great. Cool idea but could have been executed better. Not a good look plus hand washing is always better than hand sanitizer but hand sanitizer was all that was available.

Did a conversion of my mountain bike to electric. Fantastic result! Subsequent servicing is spot on - bike runs silent and smooth again. Definitely recommend the workshop, and the cafe if you need a bit of caffeine love... They do that particularly well too!

Was there the second time. Love the location and friendly staff. Food was awesome, great vegan options. Just a tad to pricey if you have to pay an extra $5 per burger just to have it vegan ($30 🍔). Would go there more often if it would be more reasonable.

Waited over an hour for karage chicken, curly Fries and a salad. No communication, terrible for a young family. Chicken was just packet from super market, and only five. Waist of money, you can buy 25 from super market for $16. Please make your own, and free range. A shame, as I hate writing negative feedback, but by the time we got served there was hardly anyone left… will not be coming back to cafe.

Absolutely delicious vegan bagels! Bit of a wait today, and unfortunately didn’t get coffee as only takeaway cups available (although an edible one was offered), but suspect this is all due to COVID restrictions, and not a reflection of how it would be normally. Staff were friendly and the food was outstanding - thanks!

This cafe caters for gluten free, dairy free, keto, edible coffee cups, coffee cups that are takeaway & can be reused with a Brilliant system they have in place. Outside seating & relaxation. Healthy, friendly, excellent catering right on the harbour front. Well worth a visit

Simply one of the best places in Wellington to enjoy your breakfast & coffee with a relaxed view, the service is wonderful , the crew are cheerful & passionate about what they do, its the perfect experience 😊 They’re also ahead of many other cafes in the waste reduction, with many waste free ideas from the edible coffee cups to the cup library and the zero waste products 👍
