Love this place. Always so friendly and welcoming. If you are a visitor, not on the beach but near it. Just few hundred metres walk. Coffee fantastic and bacon butty (sandwich) toasted is delicious. You can't go without tasting the soft cheese scones, toasted with butter. 😋

Everything here is delicious and the staff are always friendly,upbeat and helpful! Seriously best pizzas in nz, you also have to try the pies, and the choc caramel slice is to die for. Consistently great coffee too!! Happy to support local, keep doing what you’re doing guys much love!

Amazing pizza! Beautiful flavors. I got the tandoori chicken one. Probably the best pizza I've ever had. Small size is all you need as it's so filling.

Wish I'd tried this place earlier. 3rd time now and just wow. The pizza is truly superior. Super generous with toppings. Worth every penny! Make sure you try dessert too ;)

In it's class, funky corner pizzeria, can't fault it. The chicken satay pizza was excellent down to the crust. Easy friendly service. Will be coming back.

A lovely little spot with excellent pizza - we spent a relaxing couple of hours chatting away and enjoying the food.

Called in for a coffee. Worth travelling the extra distance down the street for a quieter spot. Large windows to see the world go by. Staff member at the till was a bit glum. Latte was good, served quickly with sugar and sweetener on the table to help yourself but the ginger crunch slice came with crumbs on the icing from another cake. Newspapers to read and a water cooler easily accessible. Bar stools to perch on while waitng for takeaways. Historical photo of the beach on the wall which interested me. House on the opposite side of the street decorated for Christmas worth checking too.

I love this place. The coffee is always great the pizza is delish, the slices are soo good and the service is always on point. Highly recommend 😁

Super friendly folk, fun decor and great food. The vegan feta on the pizza was amazing! I had a GF/DF Greek pizza and my son had the Italian - and both were happy campers afterwards! Loved their vegan wrap too!

Had a very delicious cheese and onion scone and great coffee. Not many seats inside but lots of seating outside.

I ordered a gluten free pizza that was disgusting. The crust was so hard you could hardly bite into it! The toppings were partly burned, so not very tasty! All this for $24.??

Pipiha: Look for me beneath Mt Porirua, where the Taupo stream meets the sea. I will be splashing in the waves with my kids or at the Big Salami - purveyors of the finest cheese scones in the southern hemisphere. Additional: good coffee and great pizzas. It's near the beach. It does good coffee and great food. It is relaxed and can handle a toddler invasion. Basically I love this place.

The staff were friendly all but one, who asked me very rudely and abruptly to leave as I was holding my puppy. I had just ordered my coffee and was about to walk out anyway. If she asked me nicely it would have been a whole different story - I understand she doesn’t want a puppy in there, but there are different ways to talk to customers who have just paid money in your store. I believe it is called customer service. Coffee also tastes weird.

I had to eat and run so settled for a sausage roll BUT those lucky enough to stay (in the quaint old carriage seats) positively drooled over their description of the pizzas they had. I now officially hate them all until I get my time to drool.

A great cafe in the heart of Plimmerton, with a cool atmosphere and exceptional customer service. The staff are always so lovely and the baristas make delicious coffee (love that they offer lots of alternative milks). Would definitely recommend, especially after a nice walk on the beach!

I just love the vibe here set in Plimmerton village by the beach. The food is fresh and yummy and the casual setting is fantastic for time out and catching up with friends.

This is a mixed bag. Some of the pizzas are 5/5 (Greek), some of them are average, so a point taken off for that. They have lots of menus inside for coffees/smoothies/teas but every time I’ve been in they aren’t serving/are only doing pizza. A final point taken off for proudly displaying thoroughly debunked conspiracy statements about COVID and vaccinations - it’s one thing making a (perfectly legal) business choice when there were COVID restrictions, it’s another actively spreading misinformation two years on.

Lovely place with a unique atmosphere. Staff is friendly Food is great Prices are reasonable ($26 for 2x oat flat white + 1x danish and Panini). I definitely recommend taking a break after the Long Beach walk 👍

Delish pizza in so many variants! I tried few veggie options which blow my mind like for example four cheese with grapes I’m currently craving for😋 Big Salami sense of taste will definitely stick in your mind if you’re pizza lover (like myself) and the service is just amazing! Nice atmosphere and cool decor plus that location! You can go outside and few steps away you’ll find yourself at the ocean view, where you can enjoy your bits if you prefer that. Oh, and don’t forget to try their beautiful hot chocolate! Creamy, reach and just yum! Recommending with my all hear♥️

Has some of the best pizza's! Always so friendly and even has vegan desserts which I always look out for in local cafes and places. Good spot for lunch and away from the noise!

Food is tasty, good coffee. Only thing is it doesn't list all ingredients in some foods- bagel had cream cheese in and wasn't listed as one of the ingredients on the sign.

I love the pizza from here, my favorite is the Big Satay mmm delicious. They also deliver after 5PM which is great. Lovely place to go to enjoy a coffee and some sun. They also have counter food. Priced fairly for what you get and the service is great. Right by the sea and close to the train station. Give it a go!
