Ordered ahead on Sonic App. Which gives you 1/2 off drinks. They brought the food out in a few minutes. Burger: did not taste fresh, sloppy put together, 1 tomato, 1 raggedy piece of lettuce, it was ok, but not as good as burger depot or what it should be for the price. Today I went to sonic and I went to pay my total, handed the employee a $50 bill and she said that they would not accept it. I had no other money with me nor a card, so she said I would have to go break the $50 bill and come back for my food. We were not happy about this...at all. I looked for any signs or any notice but couldn't find one when I came back. Not cool.

Came to get a snack and no one answered at the drive thru so we went to the pull up and pressed the red button. Someone came up to the car and asked if we ordered yet I said no she said ok I'll get you and went back inside. We waited another 10 minutes and finally drove off when no one answered. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you just like waiting.

Cannot offer a 0 star. Ordered 3 slushes it slushes there was nobody in the parking lot still took almost 15 minutes to get there because they were delivering other people's food faster than my order. And the other customers were coming in after me. Management really needs to take a look at their employees and figure out how to do their job better.

The Twin City location was A1!!! Food was very fresh and carhop was very pleasant. Memorial Blvd, Port Arthur... The AA male manager with the dreads is the best example of how to keep a business down and totally unprofessional. Order was wrong. Food was old and lukewarm. Even the people next to me canceled their order. Memorial Blvd in Port Arthur, Tx.

Terrible service!! My family ordered 3 drinks through the app, and ended up waiting for almost 30 mins! We ordered ahead just in case and still ended up waiting. My wife had to go inside to get our drinks, because they would not answer the button from our stall. Once we were leaving we found all the workers outside behind the store talking....Now we know not to go back.

Several times when I ordered any kind of ice cream it is never mixed throughly. I got a blast today and it had hardly any Oreos and half way it was just straight ice cream

This has got to be the worst sonic in the area many of times wait over 15 minutes just for two drinks and then I always get the same line. Sorry about that it was just a mixup. I told the waitress at the next car. Where is my order? I was here before this guy she said I’m sorry sir. I have no control over that. I said oh yes you do. I’m done with this place time to download the Chick-fil-A app

The food quality at this location is hit or miss. I've had terrible food one day and great food a couple weeks later.

Literally the worst sonic in our area. Fried food is always over done, rude service, slow service Everything I've gotten I've been dissatisfied with and got tired of bringing it back for it to just be messed up again. They need new management. I hate wasting my money here. I also ordered a Sunday and got a chocolate milkshake because it took forever to get my sundae and it was overloaded with fudge you couldn't see the ice cream it was the worst thing ever... They need new employees that actually want to work.

The new manager at the Twin City location is awesome and Joi was the absolute sweetest! They always had a smile and are very professional! I have been here before and had very bad experiences. I’m so glad they finally hired a great staff. It definitely shows!

Worst sonic I have ever been to had a attitude and was talking to us like we or slow that is not how u treat someone that is paying your check I don't recommend coming here I will not be back

Got order wrong and had to pay more and I gave a tip to the girl came back and had to pay more and instead of bringing me to change she asked if she could have the rest very satisfied with this

Just went to sonic with my friend…we waited 20 minutes for 2 shakes and a root beer…We left EMPTY HANDED 🤚 NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!
