My daughter is 2 months old after receiving the oral rotavirus vaccine she ended up getting it so I called up there to make her an appointment bc she was really sick and couldn't keep any milk down they told me I would have to wait 4 days till I could be seen over the phone I told them that she really needed to be seen now or if someone could give me advice on what I could do for her and they basically told me if I was so worried to go somewhere else or take her to the ER. I'm currently looking for a new doctor.

Doc was rud and thay forgot us in the room when there for an 140 app got there early at 100 the i had to go tell them we we waiting 3 times and finally the 3rd time some on went and found the doc o and this wat about 345 and did i men. That the doc was rud and argued with us about what we needed i know im no doc bht what we needed was simple no meds just a referral a piece of paper that was it and the doctor said no over and over are very rude manner

Mrs Garrett was awesome. Ask if i had any questions and answerd any i had. My only problem is my zoom appt. was tuesday and i still cant get my meds that are needed very badly. My throat and ear hurts really bad my legs hurt so bad i cant hardly walk. And my copd is so bad cant hardly breath. I called wesday 3 times tring get my meds filled i also told them how sick i am. Well they said they cant help me it would be 24 to 48 hrs thats all they could do and i know better because they have filled mine before while i waited when i was sick. Vicky Brown

The front staff was very rude! I wanted to see if my results were in, and she gave me attitude because I didn't understand her. I made an appoint last week and she still has the same attitude, rude saying I don't why the stand in front of me if they see me busy.

My experience a long work day. I had an appointment in the morning and didn't leave till late afternoon, plus I was supposed to go to work and didn't make it. They need to work on timing.

I was in and out in record time and Dr. Mitchell is always pleasant and informative.

Dr.Shaffer(OBGYN) was amazing!! She took her time explaining every question and her care and concern was not unnoticed..Great person and doctor...❤️❤️

It was a very long Day due to the 3 appointments that I had but wasn't bad, Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly and very eager to Work with you anyway possible. Some Do need training on Being polite and courteous of the patients and there family's. Will continue to use them. I will go thru the Orange Office from now on to make things go quicker. But the prices can't be beat.

Went there yesterday October 23rd for 11:30 appointment and was seen by dr. Mitchell went in due to unsteadiness unbalanced room swing and was told ear infection was given a ear rinse and also something for slight dizziness steroids and ibuprofen taking medicine still kind of feel the same going to give it a few days and no change will either go back or get a second opinion but other than that staff was nice and if I could refer anyone to them I would

Initially, I was told I didn't have an appointment. I had called and scheduled the week before. I was asked who I spoke with, what number I had called, etc, etc. This felt silly because I knew I had an appointment. Oddly enough, within about 5 minutes I somehow magically had an appointment! The actual RN and NP that I saw were fabulous. I wouldn't mind interacting with them again, but the 2 LU students that took my vitals and did the questionaire lacked professionalism and decorum. I could actually hear them talking about me outside the door. What could've been a very pleasant visit became less than desirable very quickly thanks to these two young ladies. I know that they are young and in training which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 2.

Every time I come in here appointment or not you will be waiting 30 to 45 mins and that’s just in the front lobby. You will spend 25 mins plus in the room waiting, and this is just for some shots or a check up , and it really only be 2-3 people waiting. Like does anyone care about the wait time. If y’all need more staff then just say that.

It took me an hour to find this place GPS does not bring you to the correct spot, but I got there in time for my appointment just for them to have me wait for an hour tell me the doctor wanted to leave early and I didn't have my sons shot record and I tried everything to get it. They had already rescheduled me with a different doctor because the one I originally went to see wasn't going to be in or they probably wanted to leave early too. But either way they don't care about their patients

It has been over a year since I made a in person visit. I was very pleased and comfortable with my visit. The check-in was quick and the staff member who !assisted me was welcoming and pleasant. My waiting time was everything I think it should be, ( slightly less than 30min). My doctor was understanding and helpful with my questions. I left my visit feeling like everything was going to be alright. . Thank you GCHC....for caring how I feel

My experience at the Gulf Coast Clinic went very smoothly! There was not a long waiting time before my visit. Everyone was practicing safety protocols . Pleasant and knowledgeable! The speed that my appointment time and the time I saw the Doctor should remain the same !

Called they said walk ins 8am to 3pm all to get there and have a rude girl look at me like im stupid for being there and expecting to be seen personally I would never treat my customers in such a rude way thats the first impression the company makes on a customer?

The front desk staff was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. This was my first visit. Once seen, the nurses and staff in the pharmacy were all very sweet people.

It was better than i hoped for so I'm satisfied.

The staff in building 2 does the best they can to help you out with the limited resources they have. More funding is needed to better organize and run this clinic. The restrooms had been out of order for quite some time and a big rat kept running back and forth keeping people in the waiting room entertained since the tv was broken. The staff is great. But the organization needs improvement.

Took a long time to get started. Other than that everybody was nice and professional.

Waiting room crowded but visit was quick and timely. Placed in a room and Dr. Jordan was in quick courteous and informative.

I showed up for my appt, filled out information forms after a little discussion with receptionist I was told to go to building B. Went to the window was told to sit and wait, my appt. was for 5:40PM; at 5:40PM I was called in,they checked my vitals then to the examination room waited for the doctor, she was very nice and friendly, I didn't mind waiting 45 minutes to be seen, in all I'm very impress with my experience and very thankful for the wonderful doctor that took great care of me. Thank you Dr. Conni for all your help, being from out of town my experience at GCHC was very good , thank you.

1st time visit. Love the staff. Doctor took the time with me and was very caring.

I made an appointment and they told me to come whenever so I did and the doctor wasn’t there and they couldn’t pull up my appointment

Had an approximate to see a psychiatrist at the port Arthur location. There was no psychiatrist. They had no idea what I was there for. Saw an internal medicine doctor. Was told to go to counselor in silsbee then return in.3-4 weeks The counselor from silsbee had sent me there! Also had waited 2 hours at the port Arthur location! I'm on a fixed income people cant be dancing around with y'all!

The whole Covid process was quick and Organized the nurses followed all safety precautions although the test was very uncomfortable for me the whole process went very smooth and quickly I received my results in a timely manner aswell.

Teleconference zoom appt was set For 830 am ....received pre-appt. Call from attendant telling me they were sending zoom link (i never received it) the doctor had to do appt via telephone (talking person to person) which was fine. She handled all my needs!! Then the zoom link finally came at 1030 am (2 hrs afterward) smh. But even considering.....all went well. I still love Gulf coast Health

I went for curbside COVID-19 test. The nurses were very organized and professional. It was a pleasant experience.

I had a good visit with my doctor, but I have not received in of the prescriptions that were sent to the pharmacy. Therefore, I’m not taking my meds. It’s been two days. I tried to contact the pharmacy and have had no success.

I had a great experience coming back to the clinic after a long absence. K. Garrett was amazing! She made sure I had my medications and that the low grade fever I had wasn't something more serious. Before I left, the temperature had returned to normal! Great place for those of us who have limited or fixed income to get the care we need!

No long wait and the doctors are awesome!!

I will never step foot back in this place. My son see the doctor every three months for medication. He was scheduled to see the doctor in January, but she had quit and we had a family emergency so I rescheduled his appointment for yesterday. I got accused of not giving my son medication right, accused of not bring my son in when he needed medicine etc etc. Very unprofessional nursing staff.
