Soooo slow and didn't care that we were waiting to order! We never got to order in the end after standing there for 10 minutes waiting while be ignored. Pathetic hungry jacks!

Just been through your drive through . Waited 2 mins 3 times for my order to be taken. No response from attendant. Very pathetic poor service. Can’t call it that really there was no service. Won’t be back was also ignored I store.

Terrible service and the food was disappointing the coffee was horrible the hash browns were soggy and under cooked the breakfast burger was cold and tasteless .will never do breakfast at hungry jacks ever again

Heading back from Port Lincoln we called into Port Augusta Hungry Jacks for lunch, worst ever HJ's in the state. Service was soo slow, they dont get the orders right, burgers were stone cold, chips were cold and only 1/2 the amount, drink I ordered was a coke and had syrup and water only with no fizz. Very disappointed....... Management need to sort out staff asap

Unacceptable customer service gave me beef burger instead of vege burger and than didn't accept there mistake. When a person say vege staff should know what they r asking for. Didn't even get offered to provide me vege burgers I just gave them that beef burger. Lack of common sense and customer satisfaction. Don't ruin someone's night as we travel from far way. Keep ur attitude with u.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service and I got attitude when I asked him to repeat the order with 4 items he got angry and rolled his eyes then continued to hand us out multiple drinks one by one so we asked him for a cup tray instead do he grabbed one out and slammed it on the desk then continued to slam the drinks into it, DO NOT GO HERE

No overal menu. The only worker was no help and the hash browns are paper thin & the chips were cold. Toilets were disgusting. Drive past next time. Not worth the calories.

Was a little dissapointed when I witnessed an employee standing at the front counter giving the customer feedback survey buttons a workout giving themselves a good score, must have pressed the button 50-100 times

That spicy chicken burger wasn't spicy! We discussed this at the counter when I ordered. You got it right on the computer and the docket, but somehow still got the food bit wrong. I thought we were back on track after previous disappointments. You don't seem to care any more. You don't pay attention to my needs. Goodbye Hungry Jack's, I'm leaving you. 😥

Very busy quick service mostly toilets can be hit or miss and cleanliness.

If you didn't know you were far from a capital city ... this store is as good as all the city based ones I've visited

We ordered specific changes to burgers but they made all the burgers same - without implementing our changes (simple request such as without lettuce or add spicy sauce etc were not accommodated

Fast service good fresh food just needs more decorations to bring up the eat in experience but most people are taking away anyhow.

Been here 2 time now and both time the burgers buns were dry like ither not fresh or had been frozen. The people there are very nice helpful and patient with my family members with disabilities. They didn't try to rush us ordering didn't treat them any different to anyone else so nice to see. Only complaint is the buns .

Had to bail before they had finished my order, they ran out and caught my bus just as we were leaving to make sure I got it. Thanks guys

It’s hungry jacks. Place was best and tidy like most of them in the country.

Nice clean store with plenty of room. Nice friendly staff, with quick service.

Drive-thru service is usually very slow. Expect to park up and wait for your order, even if you're the only one in line. I guess this is due to being understaffed . Going in store isn't much better.

Best Whopper (my hubby) had had for a long time. It was hot and nice. My grilled chicken burger was very nice too 😋

Overall average experience though I wish they allow for free refils for soft drinks like in NSW but that is just an extra I suppose.

I waited in drive through for over 15 minutes only had 3 cars in front of me. Must have been short staffed. Food was good though

This place is absolutely disgusting. The people and the amenities. The toilets are vile avoid at all costs. We stopped through for lunch while travelling back to Victoria. Prob one of the worst places I have ever visited throughout all of Australia…!!!!

Soggy burgers, very messy to eat. Toilets were filthy, so were the Hand basins.
