They were very pleasant, however, I thought the grounds were disgusting. Lawns were not maintained. Not cut or trimmed. Most of the seasonal camp sites were junky and dirty. The garbage area was disgusting as well. I was afraid to take my garbage there. During our trip we had visited other campsites including a New York State park. It's like night and day. In New York it was impeccably clean and groomed. So much more pride. Since I'm Canadian, it's kind of embarrassing that our parks don't compare. In New York it was half the price as this one, however it didn't include the same amenities. But still. As well, I didn't like the fact that the sites faced each other. No privacy.

First time camping with our new trailer and it was a great experience. The grounds (including the bathrooms/showers were clean). The people who run it are very friendly, polite and they were willing to help us with a bit later check-in then we expected. The spots are well marked with water/power/hydro very well marked and easy to spot. We will definitely be back for longer next time. We have a pup, and they were very welcoming to her.

Stayed here on perhaps the busiest weekend of the year. I will not return. Lawns are scrubby, bathrooms smell and the septic was overwhelmed. Field camping: no trees or shade. This is a party place: the kids will be up til midnight with the loud music and parties. We left a day early. Good things: Pet friendly. Pool. Wagon rides for kids. My 7 yr old loved it,but could not sleep at night with the noise. He could ride his bike around the park and it was safe. It's a ten minute drive to the beach, but there's no beach here at the park.

This campground is beautiful! Big trees with lots of shade. Campsites are a good size with services easily accessed. The decks on each site are wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Campground is close to lots of amenities- ice cream, restaurants, zoo, shops, market. The only issue we had was the power went out on both Sunday and Monday morning in the whole park but it came back on quickly. We had a fantastic weekend and will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a week. Campground was nice and clean. Staff that checked me in was horrible. I emailed that I wasn't going to make it on the first day that I had booked, but I wasn't changing my booking. I just didn't want my site given away. They ended up changing my booking and then tried to charge me an extra $75. I brought this to her attention when I was checking in and she told me they changed the booking because they were going to try to sell my spot for the night that I wasn't there. There wasn't anyone else in the Campground!! She reluctantly only charged me what I was originally supposed to pay. After that didn't even say hi when she drove by on her golf cart. Said hi to everyone else except us. Just RUDE!!! I'm glad I won't have any reason to stay there again.

I have recommended this place to hundreds of friends but after COVID the have sold the place and is now owned by a franchise that is pushing all kinds of new rules and kicking people like us that has been camping every summer there and the place where we all saw our kids grow up it have changed and possibly none of will be go as we used to.

Nice RV park. Awesome, friendly staff. Very helpful as well. Only issue is very low water pressure periodically and the discarded campground material in the back corner. Should be out-of-sight.

This place gets better every time we camp. Dog Friendly (normal rules) with lots of walking room! The pool is all new and perfectly clean! They are cleaning the washrooms and changing the garbage every morning, plus as needed through the day. Laundry room is clean and the,, "loonie only $2 machines" work great! Garbage is picked up from your site every day before noon. Sites are cut trimmed and ready to be enjoyed for each visit. Ice, firewood and the CAMPSITES themselves are the BEST PRICES we have seen around! Continual improvements and AMAZING STAFF! (If you have a complaint about the on site management, you're probably the problem.) The lady in charge is as accommodating as humanly possible. She is always helping some one and trying to improve everyone's stay. The long weekends are festive appropriate and live music at the pavilion is welcomed and enjoyed by all. My wife and I are life time campers (40+years) and we really enjoy our peaceful stays. We will continue our visits, as often as possible. No response necessary. This review is for other campers. Stay safe, be kind.

I would rate 1 star for this place. I did not like the location of the resort. This wouldn't consider as resort. The location is just 50 feet from the highway. Location is very congested. You will hear noise from other campers as there is no space between camp sites. There is nothing to do around this place except crystal beach. There is no trail walk, no park, no natural resources. There is no onsite activity other then just a pool. Staff member is rude not friendly enough. Make sure to use washroom as early as possible around 6:30 am as it will get dirty and no-one care about cleaning it. If you want to go to pool make sure to walk as there is no enough parking at the pool and at the front. I would never go back to this camp location again.

Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Met some really awesome campers there and we look forward to every visit. The RV sites are large, pull through and full service.

Great place! We stayed at a "Tiny Home", which is a small stationary modern trailer. It had an A/C, a toilet, a shower with warm water, a gas stove, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, dishes, cups, utensils, pots and even a French press for coffee. Our 4-year-old son loved this little adventure! He also enjoyed the swimming pool. The camp also has a general toilet with showers. They looked pretty clean to me. The rules are not enforced strictly there. But it was not noisy in the evening while we stayed. The sound isolation in the Tiny Home was pretty good. Albeit the fridge is quite noisy. We could hear the road only when a "farting" motorcycle passed at night. The location is fantastic. Fort Erie to the East, Crystal Beach with many great restaurants to the South, Niagara Falls to the North. And we picked some local wine on our way back to Toronto.

We stayed a weekend in May 2022. We asked for a lot at the back of the park and it was quite enjoyable and quiet. Met the owner who was selling the park, super nice gentleman. Our neighbours were friendly as well and there was no loud noise that was abnormal to all the parks we visit. Washroom was clean and we will likely come back. New owners are looking to update and and put some money into the park. Looking forward to our next visit. In need of an hst number for claiming Ontario Staycation.
