Rules are pretty lax here. Doctors and nurses are pretty decent and courteous but what kind of place when walking outside is much better than be inside! The maternity ward feels stuffy, and only one ceiling fan 'shared' by three beds. Have to bring our own fan with limited power outlets around. There is no aircond available in wards except in doctor's rooms. If you got referred or transferred here, good luck. KKM needs to pay attention to small hospitals such as this as it caters to a lot of people and from a lot of places. Orang tak sakit kepala pun boleh jadi sakit satu badan kalau benda macam ni berlarutan. Hang jangan buat2 tido tak nampak, Dr. Dzulkefly!

Authority please pay attention! This hospital is very old and timely to upgrade. small capacity to cater large population of kuala langat. lack of medical devices that patient need to be brought to HTAR Klang just to undergo CTscan. kudos to staff who are very friendly and helpful. nice to see this old hospital has a clean surrounding.

The KKM should really do visit without informing anyone in this hospital. Brought my mom to emergency due to high hypertension instead of give treatment 1st they ask to wait for role number to be called seriously my mom started to throwup. when i informed one of the staff at the front desk that man apologize and said that's how it is. I told him look my mom started to vomit again and I check her BP at home it so high before I rushed quickly came to emergency. He said he checked seems like not serious not sure how he checked . As I was parking my car my sister was there. Been here for 3 times between 2018 till now 2022 the worst place is wad 6 . the nurses there needed to be kept in check as they act all mighty. In year 2020 when my mom was admitted for stroke I was taking care of my mom midnight till morning usually my sister would be there morning till evening to change diapers. The kind female indian security guard at wad 6 informed me not to hesitate to call the nurse to change diapers as it is their job. she understood I'm boy and i might embarrassed . As I called the nurse to help she ask if I'm married why I'm shy to change it my self I said yes I'm not married and she started to give me lecture on how to take care parents. On 29/03/2022 the wad 6 still same. My mom was transferred to wad 6 from emergency room I went around 11pm to give phone to my mom the Malay lady security guard were polite and informed I'm not allowed to enter as it not visiting hour I told her pass the phone which she did I'm grateful. Today 30th march my mom called one of the nurse to help change her diapers but it seems they didn't and my mom called us so i brought my sister the security guard didn't allow my sister to enter because it's not visiting hour I told her my sister is here only to change diaper she said need to do take rtk test and bring the result and fill up form to enter and stay there till discharge can't leave and enter back. Wonder why they never inform or stick the notices about this covid test at wad 6 there about this. What a stupid SOP then how should we go to work If we were to stay there till discharge?. I just read a review by Malay lady posted 4month ago if you guys think I'm exaggerating read hers as well about the nurses.

I lost a loved one due to a lack of critical medical equipment in Hospital Banting. My late father was brought to Emergency Dept in a critical state, but there was no icu bed available for someone with head injury and internal bleeding. There is no CT Scan Machine in Hospital Banting. Thus, he has to be transported to Hospital Klang for an urgent CT Scan. During the transfer to Klang, the oxygen tank ran out of oxygen in the middle of the road. KJ, please take prompt action to upgrade Hospital Banting and ensure there are sufficient critical and modern equipment. From a district council, Banting is now a town council, but the hospital remains largely the same from 1980s.

Old & small size hospital. Surprisingly, the services offered are efficient. However, the govt need to upgrade for a better sizable building.

Pros 1. Parking lengang 2. Some doctors really good on their field and interpersonal communication 3. Friendly securities personales 4. Pharmacist laju Cons 1. No cafes..cuma ada vending machine yg dah tak berfungsi..do standby go get sumthing from 7e about 500m away 2. Nyamuk dan lalat..u dont have to be so lucky to see bloods spills around the walkways and bed..bole jadi shooting location for horror movie 3. Waiting time..yang kejar masa, please leave ur any emotions behind..or maybe standby for candy crush game on ur fully charged phone..lucky i've made it to get discharged before warded..waste too much time 4. Child specialist???u might see her sleeping in front of ur very eyes..cmon, my mom do better on the field

Parking area is very limited. The waiting time for treatment is very long, whether it is for outpatient treatment or even the emergency unit.

Terrible service. The indian doc (male) with initial K in bilik 2 kecemasan was so rude. The hospital really should upgrade their service. It takes about 2 hours just to get appointment date with pakar. Org dah sakit sgt xpi pergi hosp, tunggu 2 jam hanya utk ambik tarikh appointment. Don't say If u x puas hati go to private hosp.. That's not right. By all means , a government hospital should be able to provide a better service than a private hospital. That is how it should be.

The quality of service should be taken into account. My son once had a bloody cough told to go back because there was no specialist doctor. After a scuffle with the medical assistant, my son entered the red zone. Tomorrow morning when the doctor checks for TB directly the doctor enters 1 pint of blood Don't play with human life. Members of the Board of Visitors work a little hard for the well-being of the community. Thank you to the late Tan Sri Dato Sri Shafie Salleh, MP Kuala Langat who made many changes at Banting Hospital.

On 20/1/22 14:54PM - Called the hospital hotline and my call has been transferred to ward 1 line. I am politely asked the person who picked up my call about my situation. However, the indian girl who answered my call was very rude. Her intonation and the way she answered the question are not professionally trained. Is it hard to answer politely when people being polite? If she hate the job, maybe hospital can find a suitable person to pick up the call?

The service is good but not convience to patient, for example if patient not feeling well his family member would like to change appointment via phone call, not accept by the respective dept. According to them patient family required personally to hospital to change appointment, especially right now in MCO 2. 0,avoid going out. Hopefully hospital side will consider patient family situation especially the patient living in different area not in Banting

Very poor services, doctors and nurses are rude and always appear to be busy , I am not allowed to visit my mother in ward 6, because they have changed their procedure, I can only leave things at the guard front of the ward and they will send it to my mother, I also can't take care of my mother because I am a student and need to start face to face classes this 22hb and the hospital procedure stated that if want to take care of the patients the patients guardian must do swab test first and cannot leave the ward until the patient is already discharged, so i can't take care of her in ward, it makes me uneasy since i know that my mom cannot see clearly she has diabetic, BP and newest her kidneys is not functioning well and always make her face, eyes, leg and hand swollen, My mom told me that she asked one of the nurses to help her charge her phones because her phones were out of battery and it was making me worried because I couldn't contact her. My mom told me that the nurse said something that broke my mom's heart, and also my heart because she treated my mom like that. She said how can my mom use such a big phones but cannot attempt to charge it by herself, (my mom cannot see clearly lah you idiot!! how can she see the hole!! eiiii!!!! she can't even walk properly!! how can you be a nurse!! Don't make me wish that others will treat your mother the same way one day!!!! PLS GIVE ME A BETTER SOLUTION! IM WORRIED BOUT MY MOMπŸ˜πŸ™

The radiology unit have one indian female staff with very BAD AND WORST ATTITUDE. i don't know her name and i never want to know. i took a leave to bring my son to xray appointment after receive a date over the phone call but the date is invalid. and her, rather than she apologies and check which staff has contact me, she even questioned me and argued with me, and i cant accept every word come from her mouth, luckily another staff came and explained everything. To head of radiology unit, Dr SHIVANESAN A/L STRIMARI RAJAMANIKAM. Please train your staff to treat patient nicely. And if you can't trust the patient, please change your procedur, which is make an appointment through messages or whatsapp so i dont need to go through the interogation process. i cant believe you guys ask me the proof when your side don't provide any proof to us!!!

This hospital offers a nice service. Medical check up and patient treatments are well organized. Quick response for emergency entries. However the hospital lack of modern facilities and even there is only a few benches prepared for the people here. The parking is also not too good in its arrangement, very few and compact.
