Been using ParkIt for 3 years now. No issues. Parking spaces at my office cost about RM300/month (not reserved + limited vacancy.) With ParkIt, am only paying RM140/month (shaded + reserved). Best part is, I can use the space 24/7. Now that ParkIt has a website, the process of getting/renting a parking is even more convenient. Love!

Grateful that I get a parking at bi'dara condo since I'm living there. It is also goo that it's floating parking space. I can park at any empty spot as for my convinience. Only feed back is the entrance is sometimes blocked by other cars and the basement is not kept clean.

Found ParkIt randomly through Google and decided give a try. Overall experience is great from the moment I submitted my application until I got my access card. The agent is helpful and supportive from time to time which allow me to have smooth transition from A-Z.

Been using ParkIt's service for a while now and the overall experience has been smooth. Encountered some issues recently with my parking spot and reached out to customer service. Within minutes after submitting the support form, customer service Aishah responded and took action immediately. Despite some of the negative reviews here, I am very very pleased with the proactive and helpful service provided by all the team members of ParkIt via WhatsApp. This proves how serious they are with receiving customers feedback and how quick they are at finding ways to improve their quality of service. I have to say that the entire journey from the start of downloading the app, submitting my enquiry, requesting for a car park space, payment to receiving my parking access card, everything was top notch. Faced issues with my access card as the management office made some technical updates. Glad that Aishah from operations team went above and beyond to help me, including arranging someone to pickup my access card, go to the management office, reset and then return it back to me at my office. quite good at finding a tenant for your car park, and they got pickup team to collect the card from u, very efficient and safe to use. but must read carefully on the terms and agreement, first month they take full, then every month they deduct 3% from the rental for service fee, and every 6th month will deduct another 50% from your monthly rental. Please take note, rental payment will delay 1 month, example April rental will only bank in to you early of May. seriously... ParkIt should improve their process and system

This company provides the worst ever service you can imagine. The chatbot autoreply stated that I will get my parking in 1-2 days but I didn't. When I clarified with Nick (an employee) he said that was the bot's reply, he has no control over that. That was an irresponsible reply. As of now, I have waited 1 month for my season pass and have been paying daily rates for the whole month. Nick mentioned several times that he can get the parking lot for me in "a few days" time. It has been 30 days Nick. And I have to be the one following up non-stop on what is the status because I'm the one paying daily rates, paying for your inefficiencies. This is the first company I've seen that collects money without having any inventory ready, so customers have to pay and wait for however many months (nobody in the company cares!) and hope to find a parking. So what do you suggest I do Nick? Pay RM50 a day for 6 more months while waiting for you to "come across" a parking space? Come on. This startup is hopeless and at this rate I think they are conning customers. I hope investors can see thru this and stop pumping cash in. I can't believe they managed to raise funds on PitchIn. I wonder how this "portfolio" is doing now. Having said that, I would appreciate if you would refund me the RM100 (because you don't have a T&C protecting customers, you plan to hold the RM100 for 6 months and take your own sweet time to find a parking space) and cancel my booking. I certainly do not expect you to charge me the monthly fee. If you have a shred of dignity left, do not turn a blind eye on this post.

They are efficient enough to locate a spot for you but be aware there isn't much they could do if you are a renter and you card stops working. I am on my third week that my card stopped working for parking lot to building access. The owner decided it's not important that I paid for access but don't have it since I still have boom gate access. I reached out to Parkit and there isn't much they could do. I always paid on time for at least a year and my price should include covered access. I now have to either go 3 floors down with my equipment and belongs to get into my apartment or walk outside from the boom gate. Parkit offered me to continue with this unfortunate arrangement or freeze my account while they try to locate a new spot for me. Where am I supposed to park if I freeze my rental account? Hint: there are no available spots. Renters beware. I give them 2 stars for locating me a spot. In terms of customer service and how long this has been on going for me should be an indicator for potential renters. Update: Parkit has reached out to me directly so I will be changing my rating to 3 stars for their effort and will be updating my review once resolution is obtained.

Not punctual in payment, unhonest. Rented car park to them & after sometime claimed the parker will terminate & request to hold our access card. When 1 month later wants to take back my access card suddenly got a parker to start on the same day. Suddenly then claim the rental only can be collected on end of month. Just sent us an automated email to owner to tell that they are not paying car park for the MCO period. After MCO period when we wants to take back the parking since they are not paying then suddenly they say the car park tenant will start paying. From others comment I gather that they are still charging tenant rental during MCO. Worst company.

They are able to help you to get a parking but services can be improved by not charging delivery fee to send the parking pass . Previously they did not charge ( 2 years ago ) . Also I hope to get a permanent parking spot instead of having to go early to get a space . Aishah has been helpful and will help me find a permanent parking space . I am hoping it will be soon . I really like the car park at Suasana Loft hence, I’m very disappointed that I went through a lot of inconvenience which unfortunately led me to a decision to terminate the service. Nevertheless, I would like to commend the support team at ParkIt who have been helpful. Communication with them was very convenient via whatsapp. Shout out to especially Aishah from the Operations Team. She assisted me along the way with all the problems I faced at Suasana Loft from issues with the parking lot, owner, card access, etc. Aishah was very prompt with her responses and always providing solutions to issues I faced. Please keep up the good work!

Tried to come to an agreement with ParkIt, to suspend all payments as I’m not using the parking during MCO period. Told them I’ll resume payment as soon as I get back to work cause it doesn’t make sense making me pay for a service i won’t even be using for an extended period of time. The rejected my offer, and wanted me to continue to paying. I said ok I’ll pay my final month then I’ll cancel. I paid on time, returned my access card on time and 1.5 months later I still haven’t received my refund. Every time I enquire about my refund I get couldn’t care less answers. “Our cash flow is low so can’t refund you now” “you’ll probably get it next week” these are some of the answers I get. Why can’t I get my refund in a timely manner? This could have all been avoided with a little understanding from the company. Can take money but can’t refund money what a joke.

I have just recently engaged their service for an extremely saturated CBD. The staff are attentive and see through the whole process. The delivery is faster than I expected. I will surely look for them again in the future

I recently had the opportunity to utilize the parking facilities at ParkIt, and overall, my experience was satisfactory. However, there were a couple of areas where improvements could be made. One positive aspect of my visit was that I was able to find a parking spot. While the availability of parking spaces can often be a challenge in crowded areas, I was fortunate enough to secure one at ParkIt. However, it's worth noting that the parking is of the floating type, which did present some difficulties in securing a bay. Due to the nature of the floating parking system, I found myself having to park on Level B4. While this level was accessible, it only had one lift available for customers to access the upper levels. This resulted in some minor inconveniences, as I had to wait longer than anticipated to reach my desired floor. Additionally, I believe it would enhance the customer experience if ParkIt could reserve bays for its customers within Avenue K. This would provide added convenience and peace of mind, knowing that a parking space is guaranteed upon arrival. Such a feature would eliminate the need to search for available parking bays, especially during peak hours or busy periods. In conclusion, ParkIt offers a convenient parking solution, although there are areas that could be improved. The floating parking system, while accommodating, may require customers to park on lower levels with limited lift availability. Furthermore, implementing a bay reservation system inside Avenue K would greatly benefit customers and enhance the overall experience.

From the beginning, The app’s interface always not stable and I couldn’t book a parking even it show got slot. After I try more than 10 times, finally I can booked a carpark slot ( I used iPhone 13 ). During my booking process, the customer service team is efficient & really follow up with my booking, I appreciated their help. But I have suggestion: Make sure the owner really fixed the access card before contact customer to collect the card, if not the appointments keep changing it’s really confused & frustrated. Also, after passed the access card to client, maybe can email a guideline how to enter the parking & where’s the slot located, that’s really make the first day parking process more easy & simple. Customer service should do more cause you guys charged RM100 processing fees for each customer, it’s a lot, so must give a good service to the customer. Thank you & good business.

ParkIt has been a real boon for me in finding a parking space within the crowded parking spaces around my office location.

Use their service at your own discretion. ParkIt will reach out to owners of condo units who want to rent out their carparks. In my case, I was looking for a carpark in a particular condo for my car. Eventually I found one through ParkIt and paid my monthly rent. I was given an copy of the access card to go in and out of the condo. However it turned out this carpark that I paid for was not owned by a condo unit owner, but by someone who rented a unit in the condo. When the renter moved out, the condo owner terminated all the access cards which included mine. I was not informed about any of this. I couldn’t access my car for days until the issue was sorted out. I had immediate plans to go outstation and had to find other means of transport. Overall a very unpleasant experience and I blame ParkIt for not conducting proper due diligence when sourcing for their car parks.

The MCO in Malaysia shows the true colour of this company. During MCO period tenants don't get to use the parking spot, and we were instructed were to pay first while they approach the owner, but even though after CMCO ended we heard nothing. It took them three months but still we haven't get the overdue update on whether owner will give discount or compromise with us tenants. Then guess what? Things get swept under the carpet while we paid the full amount for these months, and in return we got threatened to forfeit the deposit if we don't continue to pay. The funniest part is ParkIt even suggested me to terminate and re-engage them later - for them to rip both owner and tenant once more. Really disappointed with this middle man company who puts own benefit at priority. 1 star.

Had a horrible experience with this parking company where initially I was offered a parking space for RM280. After few months, they told me that there are other people who are willing to pay RM350 for that parking space and they had to take back the parking space from me unless I am willing to pay RM350 for it.

I have used ParkIT service for about 1 year. Sam is ParkIT’s representative who help me since the first day that I used. He provided me a very fast service and response including a good recommendation. I am very happy with the Company’s system. Easy to pay the rental fee and can track your own record in the website. Definitely, I will get back to use this company again if I am looking for the parking again.

I have cancelled my parking since November due to MCO restraints and still have remaining of over RM100.00 that the ParkIt team still owes. Trying to reach out to them has been a nightmare. They mentioned they will return me the amount after 30-60 days which is already a pain for a customer who cancelled his parking. Its been 60 days and yet still no refund. Disgraceful

I'm using parkit service since 3 months ago, This company without discussion with owner, Just directly email me to say, due to MCO, not parking rent will paid to owner until further notice. After that , I have emailed (PARKIT) about this matter, but they never reply me until now(Already more than 1 month). * At last , I want to say to Parkit company that dun make decision by your own . Must ask the car park owner first weather this MCO can discount or free parking rent to tenant . And dun just know how to take agent fee from owner and no service from you.

I have thoroughly enjoyed service provided by ParkIt, starting my new job at Mid Valley can be daunting - needing assurance to a parking spot at one of the busiest shopping malls in KL. ParkIt provided one in just days! That's not all, they also hand-delivered the access card, and will collect the access card upon termination of my subscription with them. I am sad to leave the hassle-free service but unfortunately my job-change dictates where I would park regularly in the future. After waiting for a month and they finally inform that there was a parking avail on the 5th May2021. I paid imm same day and the next day in the 6th May, 2021, i decided not to take up the parking. They refused to refund me the sum of RM466.21 because of T&C. I didnt even park at all or got a parking card from them. Pls be aware and read the T&C before you sign up the one sided agreement.
