Smoke
alarms
went
off
at
1:30am
&
again
at
2am
on
the
1st
night
on
our
7
night
stay.
We
were
given
a
button
to
hush
them
in
case
it
happened
again,
but
for
$350/night
this
shouldn't
happen
at
all.
Property
management
should
invest
in
better
quality
smoke
alarm
systems
that
are
not
affected
by
humidity
(especially
in
FNQ!!).
Cot
hired
for
$10
per
night
was
a
portacot,
which
was
not
communicated
upon
booking
&
not
comfortable
for
our
18
mo
child.
Our
apartment
(#47)
was
in
need
of
some
maintenance,
there
was
a
hole
in
the
wall
just
above
the
light
switch,
many
lights
didn't
work,
door
frames
had
chipped
paint,
walls
were
grubby,
dust
on
window
ledges,
lamps,
blinds
etc.
&
stereo/TV
set
up
was
messy
with
wires
everywhere.
Appreciate
it
is
the
high
season
&
this
was
a
2
br
apartment,
but
the
quality
of
this
apartment
was
quite
underwhelming
for
the
price.
I
could
see
maintenance
being
done
on
other
apartments
within
the
resort,
so
this
could
be
a
work
in
progress
for
them
but
be
warned,
this
doesn't
have
the
same
resort
feel
as
it
is
occupied
by
lots
of
residents.
However
the
pool
areas
were
great
and
was
great
to
have
shallow
ends
for
small
children
to
paddle,
staff
were
friendly
and
did
their
best
to
help
in
difficult
situations.
