    I really like to go there and buy beer ,but sometimes I don't like the security guard there ,they ask for my I'd and just tell me no you can't your street is restricted, and I say not my house my house doesn't have a liquor restrictions sign.So I end up driving back to south hedland

    Forgot my Id and was told very rudely that I had to leave the store immediately!!!. No manners at all .

    Went in to purchase a 6 pack of Matso beer only. Presented my ID but was told that my wife with me must also show her ID despite her not buying anything & not having her ID with her I was refused service- disgusting treatment.Never go there again. Staff member quite rude.

    While Port Hedland BWS offers a selection of alcoholic beverages, they are notably strict when it comes to enforcing liquor license laws. Be prepared to show identification and adhere to local regulations when making purchases here. It can be a real inconvenience.

    Don't Google Port Hedland BWS and search for specials and expect to get the advertised price, they simply do not honour their advertised prices. Even when you complain, all you get are excused, still will not honour the advertised price. Sod BWS, I will not return there again, irrespective of the location.

    I was over chsrged. When approached BWS could bring up the receipt using my Rewards number & was reimbursed the difference. Well done
