This location charges $2.00 more on everything, and they give you less. I ordered a large quarter pounder deluxe meal,, and received a medium French fry as they didn't fill up the container.

This is definitely the worst McDonald's in the area. I've had so many poor experiences here I've decided to never go again. Most recently dining room was closed at 5 pm because they were " "under staffed" but I counted 6 employees and there were only 2 cars in the drive thru! The employees would not open the door to tell me until someone got there for their shift. And when I asked for corporate number to complain they gave me the state farm insurance number. This place is a joke steer clear for your own good.

This is the worst McDonald's ever, they charge for every little thing, no other McDonald's is that expensive extra check on McCracken 79cents, extra oreo on mcflurry 75 cents! They have terrible customer service, are always extremely slow yet not even that busy. Oh and they close super early. The one on ventura rd less than mile away is far better.

I bought a kid meal chicken nugget and a large fry with a large drink which cost me 15.89.... why???? I felt that the food was very warm and rubbery tasting. I won't go to that one anymore

A BUNCH OF WOMEN IN THE BACK WHO CAN’T GET THE FOOD OUT ON TIME LET ALONE TAKE THE ORDERS RIGHT. WISH THEY COULD STAY HOME LIKE THE GOOD OLD DAYS. WHO GAVE THEM THE RIGHT TO BE IN THE KITCHEN IF THEY DONT DO A GOOD JOB.

service it’s self was fine. i get home to enjoy my food and they didn’t put any salt on the fries, whatever. i also asked for extra mac sauce on my burger and they overloaded it to the point where it’s falling apart because there’s so much. really makes the meal look disgusting. save yourself time and money and go to the location on ventura ave. they charge less for the food there and don’t seem to destroy the food like this location seems to do most of time i come.

Every McDonald's I go to and I've been to many I get a hamburger patty for 60 cents for my dog.. at this McDonald's it's a $1.99.. So I won't ever spend any money here again and I didn't today I walked out..

New staff member being trained did a great job and I loved how patient her trainer was. Good breakfast, nice that they were happy to give me an extra plate to divide a breakfast between my 2 granddaughters and threw in an extra set of utensils, butter and syrup without my having to ask! Bathroom was fairly clean. Tables were nice and clean and parking was convenient.

Fabulous service tonight. Their drive thru crew were super friendly and fast.

Pretty chill. Most of the time, people come in drive-thru or curbside pick up. We did dine-in one time while the kids used the play place.

Food is great, the accuracy is usually right as long as there aren't any customizations to the food. The employees have a good attitude and do a really good job.

Always great food..... but the guy with the needle in his arm in the parking lot was a little off puting.

This is one of the trashiest McDonald's I've been to. The fries tasted like oil and looked uncooked. Other than that it's fine I guess.

I watched a worker come out of the restroom and went back in and I heard the hand dryer for about 1 second before they came back out. Isn’t that a health code violation? I really hope she didn’t handle my food, yes… she. Health department needs to check this place before they get someone sick!

This McDonald’s is the slowest McDonald’s in Ventura county in terms of service. The McDonald’s in Ventura road is way better than this one and it’s only about a mile away. I can guarantee that they will screw up your order a multitude of times.

Location charged me extra. They didn’t have breakfast menu on screen at 10am. Only showed burgers. How are we suppose to order. The McDonald’s website and their ordering system didn’t match. Website says big breakfast with hot cakes but this location said it was a deluxe breakfast and then charged me for extra hot cakes. Staff taking orders are not up to par.

Absolutely terrible McDonald's. This McDonald's is why people don't agree with paying $15/hr. Completely messed up a simple order of two bacon egg & cheese. Than when I got to the window I asked her again if I had two bacon egg & cheese in my bag to verify. She assured me again and again that was what was in my bag..SPOILER ALERT....that's absolutely NOT what was in my bag. The store wasn't even that busy at the time. Terrible terrible McDonald's

Food was over priced came out cold and didnt even give me what i ordered the staff is rude to much of a headache to deal with only getting one star because i cant go any lower

Ugh this is my 3rd attempt at their Vanilla iced coffee and they def DO NOT know how to make their mccafes. Every single other Mcdonalds I’ve been to make them the same but this place its so bitter like they’re trying to save on their vanilla syrup lol 🤦🏻‍♀️ anywho I suggest skipping any iced coffee at this location. Also I always have to be parked (even when its a small order) because of how busy it gets.

Worst McDonald's in Oxnard. Just go to a different McDonald's like the one near the airport. Not once has this place ever got my order right. As I waited for my order a customer steps up to the counter next to me and showed her big Mac missing a patty. You cannot leave the drive thru or the store without checking your order. I know sometimes you get in a hurry and trust your order is right and just leave. here you can't. this is the most incompetent bunch of employees I've ever seen. I went through the drive thru once and I got to the pick up window took my food but lucky my son caught the receipt and noticed they charged me for someone else's order with was around 8.00 more. The employees are unfriendly, some rude, I've been given attitude for thier mistake. I don't go there anymore.

Food is your typical McDonald's food done right. The place was clean and the employees hands down the best I've seen at McDonald's. Also the kids enjoyed the play area it's well maintained.

This particular location was dirty and slow in completing our order. My kid and I were the only 2 in the restaurant. Priority for food was for folks in drive thru and delivery/pick up. Not my experience at other locations.

This poor Mc Donald's. Not enough staff to run it. It was 20 minutes to go through the drive thru even though we were only a few cars behind. This time our order was correct and hot at least.

Went to MacDonald on Pacific Ave. Always something they forget to give you. Yesterday I ordered a fish filet. Got home after a few bites noticed it was dry. They forgot the secret sauce. Time before ordered Sausage and eggs burrito. Asked twice for packet of chili sauce. Got home and no chili sauce. Happens again taking by business to Burger King...

How hard is it to put the damn buns on the right way!!! And kids want 15$/ hr.
