Me and my sister and my mom had an appointment at 3 and when we get there they told us to wait… they say us down in the massage chairs at 3:50… and we were sitting and waiting for another at least 15 minutes. The guy who did my sisters toes didn’t do what she asked and he only did a light blue one layer… one. And then he tells her he doesn’t like them, and doesn’t fix them. They were EXTREMELY rough and my lady kept jumping back and forth from me to 2 other women and it was $50 more expensive than what the price sign said! I am not going back. And I won’t recommend 1/5 stars. I have no idea how they have so many 5 star reviews… our toes and nails turned out OKAY. VERY HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH. They didtheir bare minimum and got paid double… this place is a scam

If I could leave zero stars I would.. I will NEVER return back to this place. Scheduled an appointment for two fullsets for my moms birthday. We get there and there was one lady available, she switched off and on with doing our nails, neither of us received a manicure with it, she hardly cleaned up our nails, she was rushing the entire time and only 3 days after getting our nails done, the nails aren't the same shape and both of our nails look like they're 2 weeks overgrown..and the gel doesn't even cover the whole nail... I'm really upset I paid $100 and wanted my mom to have nice looking nails for her birthday and they turned out like complete TRASH. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

I used to always go here but I won’t anymore. My nails look like junk after a week. She went way to fast. She agreed to stay over for me but did a awful job. I gave her a extra 20 dollars. They look horrid. Won’t go here anymore. Also they don’t do half the things they list they do.

They were very prejudiced towards me. I asked for a simple acrylic overlay with length and a pedicure when I got there and I was told I could get these services. The young lady who did my pedicure did amazing. The owner “Tram” was not appropriately behaving after they said they could no longer do my acrylic overlay which I have gotten at this establishment before. The gentleman kept ignoring my questions to do another service after they rejected the first. Was uncooperative to let me get the new service and I was told to pay and leave. 0 stars.

Honestly the best pedicure I’ve gotten in town! I always do the 4 step and they are awesome! Never a bad experience. And even when they are extremely busy they always manage to get you in and taken care of!

Got mine and my two daughters nails done - all acrylic. My nails look that they were filed with an indent - I asked for square and they dip down in the middle. It has been four days and my daughter's three nails are chipping at the bottom. The person who did our nails, who I believe was the owner, was rude and rough. Never will go here again.

My nails turned out great 👍 natural, dark blue color with shellac it was 23 dollars 💸 with a ten dollar tip approx 35 in total for a 25 min process

NEVER A EVER go here!!! This place is a complete SCAM I was already paying $60 for my nails and when I told her I like them a little long she said she was going to charge me $70.. $10 just to leave my nails a little bit longer then my daughter who was also getting her nails done got a full set of acrylics nothing special their price was $35 next thing you know she turns me and says we're charging $70.. when I asked what they were charging so much money for with her nails they couldn't tell me. Then turn to me and said look if you no like my prices you know like nails then don't get them done and she stopped doing my nails then had the balls to say she was going to charge me $5 for my tips that she put on when she's the one who stopped the service. This place is disgustingly dirty and I am going to be reporting them to the state

These people do not get enough credit. I have been here now three times and have had beautiful nails each and every time by each different technician. Walk in each time and instantly helped... My go to place now!

They seemed to be in a rush and not wanting to take there time to the point they were burning my cuitcals. Also not shaping the nails straight or the same size and leaving rough edges.
