Greek style restaurant. The restaurant with a wait-service menu. The food is excellent. Excellent Ampands Stuffed mushrooms, amazing. Stick on mashed potatoes, excellent. Salad with excellent cheese. More desserts Pistachio flavored creme brulee cream. A good termisso. Those who come with half board can eat here on the basis of first, main and dessert per person. You can buy a bottle of wine, if not done, tell them where to eat the next day, the bottle will wait for you there.

Mediterranean food dishes. Good quality of the food but the service was really slow. The dishes we liked the most were the octopus pasta and the beef carpaccio. Desserts were not our cup of tea. Of all the restaurants in the Ephelia Resort this is the one we would not come back.

Based on other reviews, I feel comfortable posting this. Avoid the “Pasta Night” here where they charge you extra money for a set menu. Our food was quite below average. The fact that we had to pay additionally money for this meal above our half-board rate is sad. The atmosphere and service was good. Food, not so much.

Very nice place but not many vegan options. We requested pasta with tomato sauce and it was nice. The starter came after the main course though.

The whole experience was 2 star although the staff was friendly, the starter had zero creativity just some random deli, soup wasn’t good at all, pasta tagliolini tasted like the sea, dessert was ok!

Checked out of the hotel and went to Helios for lunch. Our hotel internet access was cut. There was no guest options available for customers at the restaurant. Half the items such as pizza (in a Mediterranean restaurant) on the menu but not available. I am not quite sure if the F&B venues at this hotel really care about guest experience or is their focus is to overcharge and just take your money. Check out how they serve salt and pepper. Surely Ephelia can do better than a plastic pepper mill. Disappointed for a 5 star venue. Update: After several guests complained about no pizza, it miraculously appeared. Unfortunately, we had already had our club sandwich which was nice. On our way out met Ruben, the assistant FB manager. We talked for a long time and he was very receptive to our concerns and will ensure appropriate action, as necessary.

The best restaurant at the Constance Ephelia resort in Mahe. The food tasted fresh and it was full of rich flavor. The apps and the entrees were both great. The scallops in a delicious lemony sauce were awesome and same for the gnocchi. Overall we had a great experience with the food, drinks, and service.

Lovely food and great service. Enjoyed all three courses. Restaurant has a good atmosphere make for acreally enjoyable evening.

Food was very well cooked and presented. We attended the lobster gala dinner. Only a 3 star though as the service was terrible, but maybe my bar is too high or I was just used to better from the other Constance hotel. Dishes placed down and staff instantly disappeared, no mention of what the dish is, no “enjoy your meal”, no “is everything alright” - must be down to new staff and rushed training post Covid but is was disappointing. For one course I asked “ah, wow, and what is this ?!” To gain an explanation of the various elements, the response was “says on the menu” point to menu and exit !!

We went to Hellios one night for dinner during our stay at Constance Ephelia. The service was incredible. We were served by Terry and Amit was our somelier. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and very service driven. Thank you for making our night memorable

Great food. Simple and sophisticated. Service impeccably. The restaurant and the surrounding area of the Constance resort was charming. Ruben the restaurant's manager gave us a personal note to the dinner with his conversation. Super recommended. The new menu is tasty and delicious.

Delicious, fantastic buffet "all you can eat" lunch. Great Italian chef, lovely staff. Expensive? I would say definitely value for money! Red snapper fish, meats cooked to your request, fresh pizzas, beautiful salads.

What an experience from start to finish. The food is quite possibly the best Italian / Mediterranean / Island fusion I have had. Some very ingenious dishes designed and personally cooked by Chef Giovanni. His work should be Michelin. I recommend the veal milanese! Of course, this would be nothing without the atmosphere. Such a warm, friendly, and welcoming team. The brilliant Prabu is running a tight ship, and it's definitely tangible throughout. Our wonderful and inimitable host, Zulu, made the extra effort to provide hospitable and personal touches to our dining experience. When Zulu was looking after guests, we had the lovely Shehan pop over to check up on us to make sure our needs were catered to. 5-star dining. Thank you again, Chef Giovanni, Prabu, and team!
