If I could put no stars I would have done it.... The service was appalling.... Unexpect the expected? Yeah that's for sure, you would expect delivery to be done on time if not in time...but no.... Delivery was supposed to be between 10h and 12h....and yeah, they were not here.... Calling the head office at noon, they gave us the number of the driver who said he was coming.... Calling again at 14h because the driver didn't yet come, he said that he was currently going to the store to fetch the product.... Both the head office and the driver "fer foutant ar dimoun"(acting like it's nothing and they don't really care) saying that it's just "ene ti retard"(the delivery is "a little" late).... A "little"? The delivery was made around 14h30.... Not a word of apology(neither by the head office nor the driver) for the time wasted....Only excuses, the driver saying the head office is the one giving instructions and the head office saying that they did what was necessary.... So yeah....Unexpect the expected....

Good prices and helpful staff. If you plan to buy with credit, make sure you have some time to wait. I bought cash and got thru in minutes.

Poor customer service experience – when inquiring about a product, received unhelpful responses with a constant "I don't know" attitude. It seemed like the staff was disinterested, with the focus shifting towards speaking "a rather poor french" rather than assisting customers.

I've bought a product online on end Dec 2021 but didn't get any link to do payment. Call their hot line 3 or 4 times , the person I've got on phone talked to me in a harsh and "foutant" way, saying that she wouldn't know because she's not in the online department, she redirected me to the soi disant online service but no one answered the call. We are already 10th of January 2022 and my request still not solutionned. I do not recommend their online shop, very bad customer service. Spare you the worries of going after these people for any solutions

Worst service ever!! I made a purchase from their online store and after 2 weeks, I'm still waiting for the delivery.. try calling several times but received no help and no actions taken so far. Even went to their shop to sort out the matter and still nothing. I had to refer the case to customer protection unit. Spare yourself the pain, stay away.

Impossible, just impossible to arrange someone to come and fix o- look at our gas water heater in after sales service. I had the impression of a general apathy. After a week of trying still waiting for confirmation.
