Worst shop ever. Seriously!!! You guys need customer service training. Moreover they are simply bunch of excuses staffs. Imagine I ordered a product on 1st June to have delivery on 2nd June but they simply came with the wrong product and said they will come 2 days after but then after not even a scent of them. Calls upon calls to finally heard them saying that I said I want delivery on another date.. am I crazy? If I wanted another date, why did your staffs come to do delivery the next day itself? Go and learn a bit of basic manners!!!!

I was there to buy an ironing board. The product I was interested in was high-end. I asked the salesman if they also sell the replacement cover, and I was surprised that they don't. So if your cover is worn, you have to buy a new entire board. Needles to say, I went to J l Kalachand, where I got a better service and aftersales service.

very very very very.... bad service...I bought a bed and mattress on Sunday the 27th of November paid cash.. now someone from your company called to inform me that this is not available and will not be available soon. How do you explain that? Now I am asking for a refund. Why on the spot did they not tell me this..they did not bother to reply to my email and when you call them they keep on transferring you till your are bored and fed up

Bad customer service and always on hold while calling Courts.

Compared to other electronics shops in Mauritius, Courts is one of the best in terms of price/quality ratio, and definitely the best in terms of customer service. I recently bought a fridge and from ordering to delivery, everything went smoothly. i especially appreciated the professionalism of the delivery persons

Well the place is tidy inside but I have to admit to get someone to actually help you was quite a challenge. Have yo give credit to the sales girl who assisted me she was king helpful.

Over promise - under deliver! Delivery promise of next day but 3 days now and still waiting. No communication at all and inconsistent messages when called.

Some of the salesperson are not interested in their work. Today one of them answer on a question about the range of an electric bike 3 km. If he had ✔️ the courts online Shop he would know that the range is min 50km.

Was disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of staff members..I kept asking for help but was directed to others and others, to be then left on my own and to look for what I intended to buy to see that the item looking for was out of stock however on the spot I consulted the online brochure which was showing a vast number of items which was not actually in the shop. So that was my dissatisfaction of visiting it.

It's a cool place where you can find anything. Payment and delivery facilities. I bought my mobile phone there and got a small gift.

The king of fake advertising. Their salesperson(I believe it was a manager during peak hours) had the guts to advertise 1 mug as a set of mugs to sell a product. Unethical management. 2 star for product quality.

Made a big purchase! Promised delivery next day, but next day Delivery service said there is no delivery scheduled for us🤯had to wait weekend to over til Monday 😡
