    The park in Plaine Verte (Green Park) has stood on this location since the founding of Port Louis. This bustling heart of downtown Port Louis is as cosmopolitan as was suggested in 1860 by Nicholas Pike. The modern bustle mixed in with the historic sums up this area perfectly. They have an old television box, where people could come and see man landing on the moon, and Manchester city beat Leicester city in the 1969 FA cup final. We found 6 cannons, some were from 1769, made exactly 200 hundred years before the broadcast of that historic game.
