Nice little airport, very efficient and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with navigating the airport, some sections are closed off for covid testing for arrivals. We were transiting and the main lounge was open to all passengers transiting as well as departing. They accept AUD Cash but will give you the local currency as change, so keep that in mind when paying with cash otherwise use Card or contactless payment. Will definitely consider this route int he future as our experience was great! Thanks

Compared to other international airports, Jackson's airport is quite humble. There is a currency exchange counter, duty free shop, a place where one get a local sim. coffee shop. There is no wifi that is the only thing lacking. Staff and people are quite friendly and they will help you. I had to contact my office and the information desk helped my get in contact with them.

It's an airport.it is where the plane landed. it's not like it's something special or anything. Probably better to land here then the ocean i guess

The restrooms upstairs in departure area are disappointing. One cubical out of three usable, and no water supply to basins. Sensor faucets were unplugged, so I tried connecting & still nothing. Staff obviously were aware.... but no warning sign.

It's really up to the international standards with duty-free shops with other facilities like immigration and upgrade belts for baggage and faster can move on due to the modern facilities.

Only Airport in the city, both Domestic and International. Big parking space, has a canteen and good sitting area. Taxis in front so convenient for anyone who needs transport to anywhere in the city.

It's a small international airline but i love it, not complicated airport unlike the CDG airport.. spent time waiting at the lounge area, seats very comfy..
