Improvements can be made to customer service. More attendants maybe to serve the long line of customers at the snack counter during peak times. Improvements can be made to the atmosphere. The place looks like it could use a new coat of paint to brighten things up. Despite the good movie atmosphere more can be done to maintain upkeep of facilities. Despite that its still a great place to go to catch movies. Safetly when exiting after late viewings can be a concern. One has to take the lift down whilst drunk individuals walk up to The Cosmopolitan. Wish there was another way of getting down stairs without having to mingle with drunk crowds of people.

Overall I'd say they do deliver.. The seats are comfortable and well ventilated. The only downsides are the price of the snacks and beverages and a new projector would be a great upgrade

Paradise cinema under CPL management was good, once it changed management it kind of lost its appeal. But just recently to watch Avatar my family and I went back. It was fine, smell has been gotten rid of. But unfortunately it was hot inside with little cooling.

Quite nice, no 3D by the way. The prices are reasonable. Not much crowded

Paradise Cinema lost its appeal when management changed, but now after a few years of not visiting, we were impressed with the new seats as well as the smell. No longer is there a damp, musty smell. Well done!

The movie was great except that in Cinema 1, it was a bit too dark in the room to fully enjoy it. It felt as though I was really straining my eyes to watch. I might be wrong, it might've been better in the premium cinema.

We wanted to bring our own food but we are not allowed to do that. Lol. Anyway we watched black Adam here. Please don't bring your kids if they're just gonna climb on top of everyone. The Aircon is working and they got some new seats. So thats cool. Would like to see 3D movies though. Would have been good in 3D.

Perfect place for weekend escapism Pricing is reasonable and supported but a range of quality snacks & products.
