Ideal place to host small conferences or meetings. We used this place to host our meeting and hotel accessibility was fine, car park is full most of the time because there are 3x hotel buildings within the property. The conference rooms are well equipped with projectors and power points, tea/coffee and lunch can be served in the conference rooms if preferred. The ground level has a travel agency, business center, convenient shop, toilets and restaurant with the large ball room and reception area. There is also pool, poolside bar and eating area, large space for picnics, gym, tennis/cricket courts and toilets and bathrooms nearby. The environment is cozy, friendly and well maintained. Good place to spend the weekend for either eat outs, swimming or spending the weekend in the hotel.

great hotel, worthy of 4 stars. first, i waited for 40 minutes for the shuttle bus at the airport, and then spent another 30 minutes checking in at the front desk. then i was assigned to a room without air conditioning, then changed to a room without hot water for showering, and finally waited for another 1 hour, i finally changed to a room with hot water but a broken shower head at 22:10. I was tired, so I slept soundly.

Stayed a night with no notice. Staff immediately sent me a courtesy bus to pick me up from the international Airport. Staff were courteous, professional and polite. The room was spotless, the food in the restaurant delicious and the staff everywhere where polite professional and went out of their way to assist. Thoroughly recommend and will stay again. Thank you.

By far the worst stay On going issues with key cards, running back and forth not one staff was willing to follow to ensure or witness the issues with keys unable to access lift and room door....had to do almost 6 trips back and forth!!! Room service delayed 1 hour 40minutes just for pizza and milkshakes?? And not one word mentioned of pool closure upon check the very reason why we checked in for the weekend........disappointed!!

Everything is on point except these security guards at the gate. They told us to leave as our car was painted as a taxi service. We explained that it is our private car and obviously we had white plate on and not yellow T plate. But they insisted and told us move the car outside. This was so irritating!

Its a delightful morning feast at Holiday Inn buffet, where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee welcomes you. Start your day with an array of golden pastries, fluffy pancakes, and exotic fruits. Explore our live omelette station, sizzling with customized creations. Dive into a sea of artisanal yogurts, cereals, and granolas. The buffet unfolds a symphony of flavors, from savory delights to sweet temptations, ensuring your morning is nothing short of a culinary adventure."

This is a nice place to stay in Port Moresby. It's inside a compound that has a big garden with a running track, pool, and an outside bar area that was quite busy when I was there. There is also a well equipped gym in the same complex which is included in the hotel price. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The lunch buffet was less impressive when I was there. Clean room with comfortable bed. There was a convenient airport shuttle that I took both ways.

I love the Holiday Inn Port Moresby because of the location which provides for extreme serenity and peace. When an escape from the Hussle and bustle of the city is required, I always turn to the Holiday Inn Port Moresby to have some quiet time. The rooms are always nice and neat tidy and clean, and the beds are so comfortable, the extra pillows is a nice much needed touch. It is accommodating to meditate quietly, as well as to do business work in the rooms because of its quiet surrounding. Plus, my kids always love the swimming pool as well after a nice meal from the friendly staff at the restaurant. Such a wonderful place indeed. Thank you Holiday Inn Port Moresby.

Great location and service. Bar staff are very helpful. Clean and easy access to busstop, taxi and ATMs. Every night Friday night there is creative live band belting good music.

The room is a bit dated, and the electric plug is behind the LCD tv so quite difficult to access. The internet connection is not great, tethering is a better choice. However the pickup service is great for first time traveller. The food is also great.

What a fantastic place to spend the weekend or to relax near the pool. It's 3 - 5 minutes walk to nearby shopping centre and Vision City mega mall. The beautiful, lovely & friendly staffs there just add icing on the cake. Kudos to the management..💯😉👍

Since my son absolutely loves the pool and rooms I have to give it a 5 star. The next best thing about the place is the friendly guards and staff. The meat lovers pizza is all our favorite.

Good and comfortable stay at hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent in Holiday Inn suites rather than in Holiday Inn express (average, fewer options). Airport pick and drop free facility from morning until night.

There are several different areas with rooms and my first visit had a older room. Clean and well maintained but you could smell cigarette smoke in the corridor. Second visit in the newer section and much better. Food and service is excellent and dinning around the pool area is pleasant. Courtesy buses to the airport on the half hour. I recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located plus the conferencing facilities are really good. Highly professional including very good media systems that makes video conferencing a breeze. You get your own media team assigned to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Location is central so that's really good, service is very good staff are friendly & polite and offer to assist where guest need or require assistance. As for thr rooms, this is not a 5star hotel so the rooms are more or less basic guest rooms, that have the required elements to make your own instant coffe/tea and a small fridge to keep water or fruits cold. The hotel has a swimming pool which is great for the kids and then there is the entertainment provided on different nights of the week.

Well the wifi doesn't work very well if at all. The power goes out many many times per day. Bed was comfortable. Food options limited to what's at hotel unless you want to walk to the mall of course but they tell you not to walk after dark. There's a little store that sells snacks in main building. Free laundry on 1st floor with one working dryer. I was in the express building not the main one.

It was a decent experience. We needed towels and a blanket and it took almost 4 hours to get them. The front desk however did call to ask if they’d been received about every 45 minutes, so it could’ve been very busy. Other than that a great experience!

Utterly disgusted as a citizen of Papua New Guinea. Bond took an hour to refund because room service couldn't locate the room. Floor was sticky. Air-conditioning is not regulated by guests but elsewhere. Staffs treat expats like royalty acting like idiots on the fly while they treat their own countrymen guests like trash. The labour department of Papua New Guinea needs to visit such places regularly and see how the management is made up making the kind of decisions that reap us off the expensive rooms that isn't worth a dime.
