First Authentic Indian restaurant since 2012 and top rated in the city Porst Moresby. We had some very sweet memories there. This restaurant is serving wide range of Indian dishes and catering service too. Tasty bite is a landmark at the do down town. No one will out without having butter chicken and garlic naan most speciality of tasty bite. I highly recommend this place for lunch, dinner, catering orders and lunch packs.

Very poor customer service at the PIH, 3mile branch POM. Stood there for about 20 minutes, without being served and left coz the staff (short stocky lady and the skinny lady) where very ignorant. Not even checking if a customer is waiting or not. Sack them and get employees with good customer service. You cannot keep a hungry customer, standing and waiting.

A good place for desi food in the heart of the city. Serves good curries and bread. The ambience is a little shabby and the place feels cramped. But the food pretty much makes up for it. Serves halal food which is a big plus in POM.

I ordered chicken stew with rice and roti. I don't know if the chief was rushing to close the restaurant or not, but the roti was burnt, and I must say it's the worst roti I ever tasted.

What a gem! Food was absolutely amazing. Authentic Indian food. Loved it. I did not expect to find authentic Indian food in Port Moresby but this restaurant changed my perception. Five stars for food quality and authenticity. Four star for the establishment.

Ordered lamb masala and prawn. Both too salty. End-up asking the waiter to pack as I need to leave quickly to find other restaurant. A bit disappointed...

Still the Best Indian food in Port Moresby! Love their Creamy Butter Chicken, Spicy Biryani and Crunchy Salt & Pepper Prawns. Add their tasty cucumber raita and chutney — YUUUMM!

I'm changing my previous review because of the inconsistency in food quality. I've eaten here several times before and my meal is never the same. Out of the five times eating here, twice I've had to deal with the sauces tasting not so fresh.

My second experience there was very poor..... Waited an hour with children after placing our orders for a chef to cook our dinner. Waiters looked confused and walked out after being asked several times Also we literally asked five times for two jugs of water and several glasses. Walked in at 7pm and ate at 9pm. Also there was something wrong with their eftpost machine. This was the second time. Had to go withdraw cash again from the ATM downstairs and pay.

This is an exclusive Japanese restaurant in down town Port Moresby. They cook staring in front of the customers. It’s a different experience all together. You get see them cook fresh and hot in front of you. One gets to choose the spice / oil / salt since you watch it getting cooked.

The food is great you just need to ask for larger quantities If you have a big appetite however the lobstar is something to die for.

Carpark is limited, ambience needs a lift, yet the staff are great...Food is expensive and my favorite 🌶 Prawns was not to my liking.... It was not the full headless Prawns, it was some leftover battered Prawns in some hot sauce... So disappointed

My favorite bar in POM

I love Daikoku restaurants and have eaten in quite a few but this one just did not hit the spot. Went there for lunch and ordered the T-bone steak. Salad bar came with it and was fine you know not a great selection but fine. The miso soup and main was a good size, tasty and cooked well. But the dessert never arrived, drinks were forgotten and they had a smoking table over in the corner. I mean it may not be illegal and all but it was placed next to the ac unit so the smoke was blowing all round the area and was not confined. Just weird I guess in these times.cost was pgk50 so I guess that was fine. You know it was alright but the other stuff just rubbed me up the wrong way.
