Big Rooster Boroko has the best chips in Port Moresby in comparison to all other BR outlets here in Port Moresby. Don't believe me, try it for yourself..

I love BR, its my go-to from an exhausting day from work, when I cannot even lift a pot and spatula. Anywho, last week the air conditioning wasn't working, in addition, the wedges were over cooked/fried but the chicken, OMG it was delicious, tender and moist as always, loved it. Frankly, could I suggest for a tiny makeover, no offense but the Interior needs excitement and flare. Also, do employees take clientele induction, could use some friendly service (a smile can go a long way). 🇵🇬🇵🇬♥️♥️

Relatively clean dining area but they need to provide a separate hand washing area. Currently, you need to use the toilet sink to wash your hands.

Food cooked well. However they regularly do not have a lot of what is on their menu available. Today at 1130am I asked for 10 lunchboxes but they were only able to offer me 5.

I went there twice and realized there was no fried chicken but only barbecue. To make it worse, there was no gravy. I was so frustrated, I even questioned the cashier!

A 3 star rating for this eatery. There seems to be, every other time I visit, no post mix available, despite advertising so. Same goes for soft serve ice cream. Having these fixed would definitely have a positive rating in the future

Most favourites including Roasted BBQ Chicjen out of stock on an ealry Friday night. Inconvenience of having to pay for food and drinkgs and food from different counters. Packaging hot chicken and chips combos in plastic containers instead of paper ones causing food to be prematurely soggy. Just go back to old standards. Info from front counter that there sre only thigh pieces fried chicken we ended up with five breast pieces...Maybe an unfortunate misshap. Hope improvements are in progress.We still love the Big Rooster taste.

They dont sell everything on their menu. Just chips and chicken ! NO coleslaw or Gravy or any other stuff besides chips and chicken

Sometimes they have fried chicken, sometimes they dont. Sometimes they have BBQ chicken sometimes they dont. Watery gravy. Used to be good. Now not so

Needs to put out more Items back on the menu. But still the old Big R that we love

It has the fish packet on its drive in display menu but to-date, have not served the fish pack for the last 2 years, should remove it. It is customer service needs to be looked.

Got a chicken and mayo roll and found ants in the bun, wonder how long it was outside... what happened to big roster
