It's not your typical luxurious 5-star spa retreat – instead, it offers a homely, authentic experience perfect for longer stays. The atmosphere is local, genuine, and laid-back. From the lush tropical gardens that envelop the place to the genuinely friendly and helpful staff, tasty PNG-cooked meals, and the variety of accommodation styles, it's a glimpse into the simplicity and charm of living in PNG. The spacious surroundings and ample parking add to the appeal. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and practical, while the food is both delectable and health-conscious. The staff's warmth and hospitality are truly welcoming, and they even offer loyal guests room discounts. If you're curious about authentic PNG cuisine, look no further. Their mumu nights, featuring earth-baked food, along with perfectly cooked veggies and refreshing fresh-pressed fruit juices (not to mention kulau – fresh coconut water), are a treat for the senses. The tranquility is only occasionally interrupted by church services 😊 Bravo to the Wellness Team for promoting PNG culture and wholesome cooking! And Natasha, your exceptional customer service shines brightly. Keep up the fantastic work! πŸ‘πŸŒΌβ€οΈπŸ’―

Place is nice. Very ambient. However, their service is quite slow. Asked if they had food we can grab and go and said there is and is ready. I placed my order but had to wait for more than half an hour.

This was a safe place to stay and was my go-to while in POM. The rooms were clean with A/C and reasonably priced. The restaurant also served local styles of food.

Power issue which was resolved after a day with 24 hour gen set, bad invoicing and accounting practices, could be an issue with poor management or accounting staff. Lockouts occur even if accounts have not invoiced. Fresh juice available and access to use kitchen if you prefer to cook. If you prefer a long-term stay and want to support a PNG owned business, I don't recommend staying her, you are better off doing a short-term rental by negotating with landlords on hausples.. Short term deluxe rooms are well maintained and have sink and mini kitchen, shower which allows you to cook. Good concept with design but management needs to improve.

Stayed there for 2 weeks. Water is a big issue. Water pressure too low and sometimes no water at all

My family enjoyed the food and fresh juice! They had two rounds of fresh juice. Unfortunately fish wasn't served and so looking forward to a menu with fish..

We arrived an hour before kitchen opened, but they were accomodating and prepared delicious and wholesome chicken and fish meals. Atmosphere is peaceful and serene and customer service pleasant. Definitely returning with more people next time.
