Improvement to the hospital's interior was made some months ago and the place is now looking and feeling a little better than it had been in the past. It needs further government support for maintenance and medical supplies. Perhaps the service would need alot of upgrading in the area of emergency medicine to help save lives.

Resident specialists for a variety of illnesses are based here. Service may be poor but they play an important role in our health system.

There seems to be a shortage of staff at almost any point in time. Waiting in line can be frustrating. Hence most people opt for private hospitals. Otherwise the facilities are good and once you're attended to, you have a more-than-optimistic chance to better treatment

Take care of yourself because only a dedicated people go come here. Medical service is very very slow.

Better than some years back

During the current pandemic Pom General Hospital is difficult to access with limited staff and services.seems to be quite short staffed which means long delays before getting treatment. You also need to pay for any materials required such as medecine,blood and bandages. Treatment is however still avalable and to a reasonable standard.

The visit to the PMGH blood donation was a very rewarding feeling. The medical officer explaining the benefits of donations was very educational and I really appreciate his time and the work they do. It is called Transfusion Medicine. After you donate your blood either voluntarily or to a receipt, the samples are taken and tested for any disease(HIV, Syphilis, ) then if all is clear it is given to the receipt. Your blood becomes someone's medicine. I'm so happy I donated and I would like to encourage people to donate to help those in need. Schools, organisations and Church groups please come forward and be of service to others. Let's save life's and also help us stay healthy.

Excellent Facilities

It saddens me to reveal the detrimental status of the hospital and with its setbacks that is currently facing due to limited supplies of drugs and laboratory apparatus to conduct crucial testing. The current state of Covid is expected to raise with more patients and staffs exposed to the virus. Through it all there is hope, the hospital and it's staffs are very resilient faced with the given circumstances. They have been addressing the matter with great minds and hearts defying all odds and containing delta variant. God is good to us Papua New Guineans.

It feels better than before after being upgraded. Much more cleaner.

Excellent team and great work done by the dentists. WR Dental has also received a world award in Miami. Definitely reccomanding WR Dental Clinic to my colleagues.

Services in this public hospital is improving

These few past weeks Wr dental clinic had really improved so I went to check It out. They greeted me with a smile. I quickly booked an appointment so nobody get’s my spot. When I came out of the clinic after my treatment people have asking me where have I done my teeth? I answer them with a smile Wr dental clinic!!!

Well I have to say my teeth were never whiter. All my teeth that needed rooth canal treatment don’t hurt anymore. In the process of the treatment It hurts but with Dr Wioletta It’s worth It!

Okay, sufficient but not efficient

If you are sick injured go to Pom Gen for treatment. We need more qualified doctors nurses assistance to cater for population growth in city.

This Clinic in my opinion is the best in Png. I’ve been im my diffrent clinics but None where as good as Wr Dental Clinic. The staff is very kind. You guys get a five star from me! :)

Head blooding, Go emergency side , no doctor help ... just few mins job take 6 hours waiting and still no one ... other late people they do first ... pay money for waiting to die ... so good hahah

Couldn't expect more from the Hard working Staffs whom have given everything to save a life. 👍
