We
went
to
Holy
Water
last
Sunday
for
brunch
and
didn’t
really
know
what
to
expect
when
prior
to
walking
in.
It
definitely
had
a
very
unique
layout
and
vibe,
and
the
decorations
are
eclectic
to
say
the
least.
We
were
promptly
seated
but
the
service
went
a
bit
downhill
from
there
as
there
wasn’t
a
clear
dedicated
waitress.
It
always
seemed
to
be
someone
different
at
every
stage.
I
think
this
led
to
us
getting
lost
in
the
shuffle
a
bit.
It
took
a
little
bit
to
get
our
order
in,
but
the
food
came
out
pretty
quick.
From
there,
no
one
came
back
to
check
on
us
until
they
brought
the
check
and
asked
if
we
were
ready
to
pay.
No
checking
in
to
see
if
we
want
more
drinks,
checking
if
the
food
was
ok,
etc.
Definitely
not
the
worst
service,
but
not
great
either
and
definitely
not
worth
the
suggested
default
minimum
of
20%
in
their
POS
system.
As
for
the
food,
it
was
hot
and
delicious.
I
got
the
stuffed
biscuits
and
gravy
and
would
definitely
order
it
again.
The
home
fries
were
cooked
perfectly.
I
might
have
to
try
their
“loaded”
version
of
the
home
fries
next
time.
