This venues lack of professionalism was shocking. They seemed to have zero understanding of how their attitude affects visitors impressions. Instead of making guests feel welcomed, it felt like they were annoyed by our presence. What bothered me the most was the complete disrespect. They were dismissive and made me feel like I was bothering them with even the simplest requests, making the whole experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Disappointing to see such poor reviews over posted.. I attended an event on Friday and I couldn’t fault it. I’ve also booked my daughter’s wedding with chef Ayman. Amazing reception, incredible owner and outstanding food.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous and beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and the food is very very yummy!! Let’s not start talking about the chefs now, they are the best chefs ever. THE KINGS OF COOKING!!👑👑

If you want quality and a head free event then go with the team at Altona North Reception! They were amazing and the food topped it off. Chef Ayman and Chef Ali do it again with their amazing quality! Highly recommend them, we had 3 big events with them and won’t look anywhere else! Thank you guys for everything and we can’t wait for another big event to eat your amazing food again!

Hi this reception it’s way different level VIP service and fantastic decorations and the food are made by the master chef’s it’s too good to eat it looks like piece of art on the table , I had my brother wedding and I really recommend it thanks so much keep up the good work 🙏

Amazing Venue with the best chef! The quality of food and design is 10/10. I have been to this venue many times and it is very nice with a spacious floor and modern design. You will not regret choosing this hall.

One of my all time favourite venues to work at. Parking, bump in and bump out is such a breeze. Venue has absolutely amazing food. The presentation of each dish is second to none. Venue is always clean and workers are always polishing cutlery before each event. All the workers are so friendly especially the owner and the floor manager. Venue is also so spacious, able to cater for massive events. Definitely highly recommend this venue and definitely deserves the 5 star rating.

What can I say, once again a great experience at the Altona reception. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. The highest quality food, great customer service, extremely clean & always ensuring customer satisfaction. 10/10 highly recommend.
