    I had to have a thyroid biopsy and was terrified. On the day, the receptionist ticked me off, I told her I had numbing cream and she said it was great stuff and really works. She got me some glad wrap and told me to how to put it on. She put my mind at ease. Then 1/2hr before my app (I went early to apply my cream) a beautiful nurse came looking for me with the numbing cream. I thanked her for thinking of me but had already applied it. When I went into the test room, the beautiful nurse and another lovely nurse reassured me that I’d be ok, the beautiful nurse held my hand and comforted me throughout the procedure. It literally didn’t hurt at all. The dr was also reassuring and so nice, and didn’t hurt me at all. Thank you and God bless you all. You were all wonderful. THANK YOU

    Wait time is horrendous. Been waiting over an hour. Appointment was 10:20am and still 10:56am. Avoid. There's clearly something wrong with the process. Staff lack empathy, doesn't check appointment times and doesn't chase them up or apologize - instead their attitude is to blame the patient. Yes there's a small delay for appointments and it won't be on the dot. But patients have lives too, and they have jobs to attend to, so the staff need training and learn to identify weaknesses in management including a bit of kindness.

    I had Paul performing my MRI today, he was amazing in every way, his professionalism, he explained every step and made me feel very calm and relaxed, he had a lovely disposition and a wonderful sense of humor and very efficient. 👏 I wish I could say the same about Sharon 😕 I found her rude and condescending. The other girl behind the reception desk was very pleasant 😊

    I was given a referral from my neurosurgeon for an injection in May 2022. I have had many many attempts to get an appointment to have this done. I have made several appointments online, received a text that I will receive a call, and never do. I have also hung on the phone (wait time up to an hour) and left my number for a callback - you wont lose your place in the queue he recorded message tells you. Yeah right, no call backs. This is absolutely ridiculous !!!! I am now experiencing the symptoms more frequently and more severely. It doesn't make any sense - I am at wits end. Hanging on the phone AGAIN as I type this 10 mins so far......

    I hope everyone has the pleasure of having Bronwyn on reception to serve them. Bronwyn went above and beyond with her customer care. It was a breathe of fresh air having someone go out of their way to ensure everything was in order for my appointment, although she didn’t have to. I witnessed a Very professional and productive worker (with a heart). Thankyou

    All staff were polite and did a good job. Had an appointment for 1.15 but not seen until 1.45 for CT Scan. Then had to wait another 15 mins for an Ultrasound. Made me wonder why make an appointment when others came in without appointments and were seen before me.

    They seriously need more staff to answer the phones. Tried ringing to find out what time to collect my husband. Waited 20 minutes with no one picking up the phone. Then I hung up and rang my husband. He said two staff sitting at desk talking. One person answering the phone. Seriously. What has happened to customer service. Non existent at this place.

    Today I was greeted with a smile by Sharon who had excellent customer service skills. I did not have to wait as they were on time with my appointment . The lady who took me for my procedure was thorough in going over what was happening and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this clinic and the staff who make this a calm and pleasant environment.

    About 20 minutes ago I spoke with Alan over the phone to book in an ultrasound. Through the call he was abrupt and quite frankly rude in the way he spoke to me. I was booking in an obstetric ultrasound. I called I-med because I’ve had a good experience in the past there and other imaging places were quite booked out. Despite my doctor and several other imaging places I had called prior being able to do the ultrasound at 7 weeks Alan entered into a debate with me on the matter - stating that the scan can only be done at 8 weeks. I was not calling to argue with anyone but was instead excited about being pregnant. However, this phone call left me feeling upset. I understand this imaging place may have these scans at 8 weeks but the tone this was relayed in was not appropriate. Pregnancy can be such a difficult and scary time for a lot of women and I can’t imagine having to deal with someone like this when you may already be feeling anxious.

    Today I had 2 MRI at I-Med Radiology Bundoora, the care and service I received was truly amazing. Paul and Denver were so kind, patience and understanding, as I have suffer with claustrophobia. They talked me through the procedure and did everything in their power to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you to both gentlemen! I highly recommend this practice.

    I rang I-Med a couple of times today to try to organise sending ultrasound images to a GP. Two different people helped me and both very helpful and polite and I thought: they need a review!! First medical review I’ve ever given… But about to leave one for The Austin in Heidelberg as well (also excellent!)

    I had an MRI here and the experience was fantastic. They were running ahead of time and took me in as soon as I arrived. Paul who took the procedure explained everything in detail and made me feel so relaxed. Probably the best communicator I’ve ever encountered in the medical system!

    Very disappointing! They double-booked me with another person, causing unnecessary inconvenience and wasting my time. They called me and changed my booking to another time which was really inconvenient for me, but I had to accept it because it was urgent to do. Additionally, there was an instance where they failed to record my booking altogether, leaving me without the necessary service. On top of that, the reception staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, making me feel undervalued as a patient. These issues reflect a lack of professionalism and organization within the establishment. I hope they take steps to improve their service and prioritize the satisfaction of their patients.

    Booked an appointment online for 12:30 for a simple x-ray. Arrived at 12:15 as instructed and sat in the waiting room for almost an hour while several walk-in patients without an appointment were called in for x-rays straight away. They even called someone in who had a 1:40 appointment and had arrived 45 minutes early! No explanation or apology, just business as usual it seemed. Avoid unless you have a lot of spare time on your hands..

    Well the incredibly rude receptionist that I had last week didn't forward my results onto my GP. Had a appointment with my GP this moring to go throught he results and he didn;t have them but I still needed to pay for the consult. IMed Bundoora Recption your a disgrace :-(

    4.5 STARS! Went in for a scan hoping to get seen without an appointment. Walked in door at 9:30am-ish and provided details by signing some forms. Was so astonished was seen within 10 mins ... AND all scans done in 15 mins. The staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. For anyone new getting here, be wary of the big bush that partially obstructs the driveway from the road.

    Had a MRI the lady who performed this was absolutely brilliant, kind and informative. Unfortunately the receptionist had no customer service nor good communication skills and it was like I was invading her day to pay my bill. Get happy as you’re letting your team down.

    It would be kind of you to update your website to advise that Bundoora is currently not open on a Saturday!! Very inconvenient as I drove there in the pouring rain as Saturdays is the only day we can attend.

    Fantastic experience, I think the Radiologist I worked with was called Rachel, I arrived a little early and I was quickly seen to, the process was simple and bulk-billed (thanks taxpayers) and the radiologist was very kind. Only downside was the receptionist was a bit inattentive, other than that, great!

    Front reception staff were incredibly rude, abrupt and gave me the feeling I was interrupting their conversations just by being there. I even had to come back for a second appointment because they neglected to tell me I needed to fast the first time. I understand your reception staff might not be happy at their jobs, but there is no need to take it out on people who are only there because they need medical help. Treat us less as revenue generating customers and more as medical patients please.
