Well I am the latest victim of this scam practice! I received a bill 30 days after my routine procedure in May 2023; which is covered 100% by insurance and they billed it as a different procedure not covered by insurance. I am still not having any luck getting through to anyone, the number on the statement keeps hanging up. Unfortunately, they are affiliated with a reputable outpatient center..Coral Ridge Outpatient Center..

This company comes across as very money hungry. I received two bills right after my surgery while my insurance was still processing. My procedure was covered at 100% under my insurance, why did they feel to be so aggressive sending me multiple bills trying to get $1500 before my insurance could even respond. Not a good look!!!

They send out bills to patients before processing the checks from your insurance provider. Beware! Don't pay them. I called my provider after I got a bill in the mail from them. My insurance provider gave me the check number and date it was sent to St. Lucie Anesthesia, which was months ago. Got a bill from them yesterday.

Billed 1 year late additional monies for a service I had already paid for in person. My doctor doesn't even know what it's for!

Received threatening past due announcement four months after service. No prior bill. Investigated to learn my insurance paid them promptly but could not get them to acknowledge. A nightmare to deal with. Shocked the medical clinic and docs use them.

Avoid if at all possible. They keep sending bills after I have called and confirmed with them and my insurance both on the call that they have been paid. If you are in need of some "attitude" call their customer service number.

Before you have any procedure done, ask if the anesthesiologist works here. If so, do not proceed. Not only is the billing fraudulent, they threaten you with letters stating they will send your account to collections even though you were notified of a balance less than 30 days.

I wish we could give "0" star. We received a collection notice as well without ever receiving a bill. They wanted payment without issuing an itemized invoice. I will also be contacting the insurance company for more information. No wonder they have such bad reviews!

I received a bill nearly two years after I had the surgery. I paid for the surgical center the day of the surgery, and was billed by the doctor within a few weeks. I was going through a very difficult time and expected that all to be behind me. Then, I had it all come back to me when I received this bill. To send a bill almost two years later is insane. I told them that I would pay them $10 a month forever because there is NO WAY I am giving them $575 for their lazy billing.

Very poor billing process. They sent me a bill from 9/2018, 10 months later after procedure. Insurance company said the claim was processed and my balance due was established 9/2018, 10 months ago. They never sent me a bill or notified me of any delayed billing. Too late to use 2018 FSA account. They admitted doing this to many patients. Do not use a DR. Or this company.

The anesthesiologist was great (I didn't wake up during surgery), but this place has the worst customer service in the world. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone, even if you're trying to PAY your bill. The automated phone system funnels you to leave a message, which will never be returned. It took me four attempts (after leaving three messages) to PAY MY BILL IN FULL. I can only imagine if I had an issue. These guys are taking a little too much of their own medicine.

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. 2 years after my surgery I received a collections notice for a bill which I had never received. It's impossible to get in touch with them and now they've damaged my credit unnecessarily. If you have choice, use someone else! I'm sure there are plenty of reputable providers who will make sure you don't wake up during your procedure.

The company doesn't exist and they are charging people for services done by legitimate anesthesiologists but they themselves have nothing to do with. The website and phone numbers provided are fraudulent (the given website below is to HCA Florida St Lucie Hospital which has no affiliation to any anesthesiologists), so anyone that receives a bill from this company should be ignored.

I requested a quote for my surgery as I had to pay out of pocket due to high deductible. The actual bill game back $500 more than quote. I was given numerous excuses for this but honestly I was just ripped off. I obtained quotes for every service associated with my surgery and this is the only one that billed higher. Will request a different group next time. They definitely seem to be taking advantage based on other reviews.

Terrible and unorganized. Over charged me and still tried to make me pay what THEY OWE me. I corrected them immediately and all I got was β€œOh right.” A complete and utter mess.

They never answer the phone, I've made 10 phone calls, only automatic voice mail menu, there is never a billing rep available. The website doesn't work either. They charged me with a Provider that apparently doesn't work for them (Not Listed) this looks very fraudulent.

website phone number is their fax. Other listed phone number is a small business in Canada. They cashed my check and accepted my supplemental insurance and now there is no phone to call them and get my money back. We never get to choose the anesthesiologist, but they are quick to cash our checks.
