The
moment
we
put
our
snowboards
on
the
real
snow
it
was
as
if
we
had
been
snowboarding
our
whole
lives
-
that's
how
good
this
place
is
at
making
you
proficient.
However!!!
PRO
TIP
#1
-
you
should
really
commit
to
training
here
several
weeks
before
you
go
on
your
trip
-
going
one
time
on
the
day
or
2
before
your
trip,
is
better
than
nothing,
but
the
more
your
go
the
better
you
will
be.
I
suggest
committing
to
2-3
times/week
for
2-3
weeks
prior
to
your
trip
-
this
will
make
your
trip
worth
every
penny
because
you
will
actually
be
having
fun
instead
of
spending
the
first
couple
of
days
wondering
why
you
spent
so
much
money
to
go
far
off
to
be
cold
and
miserable
while
trying
to
learn
something
hard.
The
only
thing
WinterClub
doesn't
teach
is
getting
on
and
off
of
ski
lifts
-
PRO
TIP
#2
-
use
gondolas
on
your
first
day
if
you
can!
We
were
able
to
easily
snowboard
on
blues
on
our
very
first
day
and
progressed
to
black
diamonds
within
a
couple
of
days.
PRO
TIP
#3
-
WinterClub
teaches
you
to
snowboard/ski
at
a
higher
level
than
you
will
give
yourself
credit
for.
On
our
first
day
on
the
mountains,
we
spent
our
first
couple
hours
on
green
runs
(easy
runs),
this
was
a
mistake
for
us,
because
the
skills
we
had
learned
were
meant
for
steeper
terrain,
so
we
actually
struggled
on
the
greens
and
excelled
on
the
blues.
Keep
in
mind
that
we
trained
for
weeks
before
our
first
trip
which
made
our
trip
very
enjoyable
from
the
moment
we
arrived.
Think
about
it,
even
if
you
invest
into
taking
7
or
8
lessons
here,
it
won't
cost
as
much
as
a
single
day
lesson
out
there
and
what
you
learn
in
a
few
hours
here
will
greatly
surpass
anything
you
will
learn
out
there.
Also,
keep
in
mind
if
you
try
to
learn
in
the
mountains
that
you
will
fall
a
lot,
you
will
be
out
of
breath
(due
to
altitude),
you
will
be
cold,
you
might
even
get
hurt.
There
will
be
a
lot
of
people
around
you
all
trying
to
learn
on
the
same
little
spot
designated
for
beginners
-
which
is
far
from
an
ideal
learning
environment.
If
you
found
this
review
a
little
late
and
you
are
now
in
a
time
crunch,
you
still
need
to
go
here
to
make
sure
you
learn
the
very
basics
of
being
able
to
turn
and
stop
so
you
can
protect
yourself
and
others
when
you
get
to
the
mountains
-
that
alone
will
make
it
worthwhile.
They
have
the
equivalent
of
Morgan
and
Morgan
out
there
for
anyone
that
crashes
into
another
skier
-
you
do
NOT
want
to
be
that
person.
Recently,
I've
returned
to
WinterClub
to
learn
how
to
ski
and
taking
my
own
advice,
I'm
on
my
5th
lesson
and
starting
to
feel
very
comfortable
with
bringing
my
feet
together
and
connecting
my
turns.
Our
main
Instructor,
Elise,
has
been
training
us
and
she
is
awesome
-
I'd
recommend
her
for
snowboarding
and
skiing
-
she
does
it
all.
Finally,
I
love
how
the
rest
of
the
team
chips
in
to
help
with
fine
tuning
our
skills.
This
is
a
great
group
of
people,
the
owners
are
always
there
and
are
passionate
about
making
you
their
next
best
snowboarder
or
skier.
