A really great service provided today by Gary and Sarah who went above and beyond and couldn’t do more to help me with correctly fitting my daughter’s car seat. They spent over half an hour with me and were so helpful - what a really positive experience with two members of staff whose customer service was outstanding!!

Not at all happy. Booked my new ebike in for their 'free ebike check' only to be told, when I got there, that they only work on bikes sold in store. Doesn't say that anywhere on their website when I booked. It does say they won't work on any non-Halfords electric bike where they need to complete any electrical work. This is not the same, to my mind, as checking the mechanical and electrical components to determine if any work is required. Total waste of my time. Pity, I was set to buy locks, lights, helmet, accessories, servicing package, the lot. Ended up taking my business elsewhere. Pretty unlikely to come back here again.

Gary fitted my towbar bike rack. Explained everything very well. Come away confident of being able to put bike rack up and down myself. Can’t praise the guys there enough. Would definitely go back there again 👍

Gary carried out a repair and drivetrain service. He did a fantastic job. I also got some great help from Michael in trying to choose an electric mountain bike. I won't go to any other bike shop, they are the best in the area.

My number plate had fallen off on a road trip around the welsh cost I popped into this halfords and the member of staff who help me was absolutely wonderful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble
