    I got there to order milkshakes. We waited in the drive through for around 20 minutes and then a further 5 minutes for our order after paying. The whole time we were there, there were cages of frozen food outside the restaurant!! It was 25°C. I’ve no idea how long the cages were there for but the floor underneath was wet from defrosting food! There were staff outside smoking so why was the food not put into cold storage? It’s completely out me off going there again because I don’t if that food was refrozen or what! That’s unacceptable!

    Absolutely Atrocious! Made an order on app for table delivery. 20 mins gone by and nothing. App showed it had been collected. Went to till had to find email to prove order number. They magically found the order and when brought to the table it was freezing cold. Replaced order and still lukewarm. Shocking Service. All this went on while the millions of delivery drivers who take up all the car parking spaces were coming and going. They need to prioritise the people in the restaurant and drive through not the deliveries!

    Drive thru on a quiet Tuesday evening about half seven, looking in the restaurant was empty. Two chicken select meals, over half an hour parked up in the grill area. Other drivers either side said they were waiting over a half hour too. No McFlurrys available again. No apology or comment from staff when it finally arrived and food wasn't that hot, my drinks had gone warm by then too. Not going back , happened a couple of times in the last couple of months, I think this is the worse franchise I've been to.

    Chips cold and floppy. Coke was flat and luke warm. They didn't even put sauce on the burger. And to finish off, it was all put in sideways to a little bag so everything was a mess. Food was abysmal and staff were rude. Place is a shambles.

    First time ever using this particular McDonald's & won't ever use it again!! Called in here at lunchtime for a quick burger and a coffee. Didn't have any coffee, milkshakes &, ice-cream!! Was told the machines were down because they were being cleaned!!! Bit of advice McDonald's...... this isn't rocket science, it's common sense.... DON'T CLEAN MACHINES AT LUNCHTIME!!!! Just do them at a time that's less busy!!! Burgers were really nice!!! And they were served HOT!!! Which makes a change!! They also weren't thrown together like so many other McDonald restaurants in Swansea seem to do with your food!! Not sure what's going on with McDonald's lately!! 🤷‍♀️ If there's a Burger King around, we'll spend our money there, instead of wasting it on McDonald's!!

    don’t even feel like giving it one star. always get the orders wrong! and the frappe machines are on one day off the next. maybe it’s because they can never be bothered to clean it. Ran out of drinks not that long ago only had fruit shoots and water🤦🏽‍♀️id rather not get a drink anyway considering they’re always flat! and another thing to add to the problems never any paper left for receipts in the self service machines. all problems need to be dealt with. used to be a nice place to go too.

    Quick and simple food would recommend using the app to collect the points and speeds up the drive through process. Car park could be better. Struggle to leave parking space if busy

    I've never had a delivery from here that wasn't missing multiple items. It's a bit frustrating, but usually it's fine. Just phone up support and get a refund on the missing items. However, this time was too ridiculous. Literally the majority of the order was missing. We ordered about 10 items and only 2 came, and it was stone cold and completely crushed and destroyed! It's beyond stupid.

    Says open 24 hours but has regularly come here around 1am (after work) for the drive thru to be blocked by cones and the building closed. On 1 occasion, the door wasn't locked, and when we entered, we were told by staff that they're closed and we needed to leave. Every time I have been here in the last 12 months, the ice cream machine has always been out of use. And even occasionally drinks dispenser out of order at the same time forcing a small bottle of juice with a large meal. Food is regularly cold, and there's always typically something wrong or missing from an order to top all this off. Car park is like a youth club after school/college hours combined with the queuing out of the car park blocking in several parked cars waiting to leave. Overall, is a rather stressful experience.

    A truly average meal, the fries were white. The cheese burger was tasteless. No milkshake or MC flurry. I was really disappointed. The tables needed to be cleared the place looked like it needed a deep clean.

    Absolutely disgusting delivery. Food cold. Not all items delivered. Burgers were dismantled. My drink wasn't delivered. Don't know what's going on but I think management needs a kick up their butt.

    When ordering online we nearly always have missing items or completely different orders. One time I ordered a meal for delivery for my family and we didn't even receive half the order they only gave us a few fries and drinks!! This happens almost every time we ordered and has happened again today! To be honest I'm really disappointed cause its great when we are in store I understand it can be stressful in work however its on the screen what we ordered and unless you have a problem reading it then I see no reason for this to happen. One time we had an issue in the store when we waited 1 hour for only 2 Mcflurry and when we asked about them they gave it to us melted! I've not had any problems when going inside the store to order other than that one time but deliveries are terrible.

    messed my order up, when i went to have it corrected and they forgot about me waiting twice, waited roughly 20 minutes for the burger whilst my own food went cold and my friend sat waiting for me. unbelievably bad service, not a single apology given. only member of staff who genuinely tried to sort this issue was a girl called daisy.

    If I could give a zero for the rating, I would. The incompetence of the staff for one; whoever has taken over management needs to be sacked! Twice I've driven through the drive through and they have absolutely zero stock! I couldn't even order a burger from what is meant to be a FAST FOOD restaurant. Then waiting 20 minutes to actually drive through when I haven't even ordered anything. Absolutely atrocious. Never again!

    Queued for 20 minutes in the drive through for McFlurry’s only to be informed that the machines were not working. Spoke to the duty Manager who’s response was “ I’m on my own and trying my hardest” .( Totally not interested ) Did say why not put a sign up to inform people not to use drive through as no ice creams or milkshakes. Again not interest. Shocking customer care.

    Waited nearly 15 mins at the drive through waiting to give my order. 3 cars turned up a good 5 minutes after i arrive and they get served before me. I gave up and wanted to head home so i continued to drive through the drive through to get out. The guy asked what did i order and i replyed you never took my order but took the orders of the 3 cars behind me first so I gave up waiting and decided to leave he did ask what i wanted but i said dont bother i'll be making a complaint but had to wait another 5 mins to get out of the drive through lane while the cars that turned up after me got served their food. Not the first time this has happened to me at this place.

    Second visit in 2 days due to the restaurant being 24hr. First order was short of few items and taken just over 40min to get the order. Thought it might have been due to the large order. Second visit only ordered 3 happy meal (fish fingers) 20 min wait. All other that came after me had their meals. Food came out nice and hot but the wait is just too long

    Very slow to gain access with vehicle and even slower waiting inside for my order already submitted via the app. No curry sauce cartons was told then saw some being brought out to another customer. When I asked why there wasn't any the lady assistant ( who was very helpful) said they did have them but we're in the stores and staff obviously couldn't be bothered to go and get them! She then brought some out to me.

    2 weeks In a row our orders haven’t been right and put together very sloppy by a manager as well, ordered extra items on our burgers and they weren’t put in after we paid extra apparently due to items been put away for breakfast. This week items forgotten about and a whole order missed 20 mins to wait for two meals

    ordered through the mcdonalds app to be delivered had missing items but as they use uber eats to deliver you have to contact uber eats by phone on a 0800 number who never answer. usless. dont ever order using there app

    Yet again the ice cream machine is down told the manager to please put a sign up before we get into the drive through months ago , Guess where they put the sign right where you talk and place your order so your stuck for 25 min ...once your already in the qué you cant get out of good tactics by the manager once your stuck you might have to buy something not great if you don't want anything else , so here's some advice because let's face it Ronalds not short of a few quid is he so please put the sign where we can see it before we get stuck in your bloody drive through there's a menu right in front use it for your SORRY DEAR CUSTOMER notice so we don't have to stuck 🙄🙄🙄 I'm not happy in fact I give up!!!! 🤣🤣😂😂😳😡😡

    As a disabled person I'm am not going to visit Port Talbot again I was a regular but I'm am sick of having to park outside on main road because it only has 2 disabled parking spots and they have been in use on at least 4 of my visits by uber and other said delivery people parking in the designated spots .😡😡🤬

    There is always something missing with my orders! I always check at drive through anyway but I've just got home and the wrong breakfast muffin was put in the wrong wrapper.

    Have been here so many times and never had any issues but Sunday 🙈 we were off on a road trip and popped here on our way through the drive through to get breakfast. The food was freezing and burnt and our coffee ! the milk had gone off never tasted anything like it 🤢. I don't like to leave bad reviews and in fairness the staff were lovely but so disappointing and I was starving and could eat or drink any of it and that was both meals so we wasted our money and ended up having to pop somehwere else on top to get breakfast !!!

    Ordered a quarter pound with cheese and I received 1 burger and cheese in a bun.!! Should be 2 burgers, 2 slices of cheese, lettuce, onions, gherkin and tomato sauce.!! What a waste of money.!! Had no receipt in bag so unable to leave review/ feedback in usual manner.!!

    OK I think every McDonald's you go to are the same , parking is all ways full saying that the public is in love with one of the best Restaurants for quick and simple foods that every body can pick up at any time of the day.I give them a 4 star keep up the good work.

    Service time for drive thru is shocking!! Continually asked to 'park up'. Orders are not brought out to cars in purchasing order!! Uber/McDelivery drivers take up all the parking spaces so now customers cannot park. Backlog in drive thru so cars in 'park ups' can't drive out cause of car blocks. If McDonald's can't satisfy or fufill orders then they shouldn't be taking them!! The amount of items on menu that are unavailable daily of late is unbelievable! McDonalds is no longer a 'fast food' service!!

    Had to wait for order, which is ok as meant it would of been fresh. However the order was wrong/missing items. Rather than focusing on upselling, ordering extra items, large meals etc. Get the orders correct that way customers will return

    Dreadful experience, store had run out of all drinks and many food items yet the app did not reflect this so it was only on arrival we were informed. Store was clearly a "young person's hangout" and the constant swearing was audible from our table. Manager was clearly overwhelmed or just unable to suitably deal with and rectify the situation. We should have just left on hearing about stock issues but with a hungry child and a need to not be too late home we stayed, this was the wrong decision. This experience has now put me off McDonald's entirely.

    Very busy almost all the time. It's not very big but you need to queue for a while because of the just eat drivers. Food is ok, just standard for a Mcdonald. They could do better cleaning the tables more often. Overall good

    The place was busy. As long i am fussy and wanted to get plain ice-cream, so was waiting at the counte (not ordering at the machine). Was waiting long enough...maybe 10 mins... How pity, the ice-cream machine was broken... What a waste of time?
