I use a lot thus store all around the country and this was the first time where I encountered rude and judgemental stuff, and apparently was the manager too. Not only she made me wait a bit while having a chat with other people, she didn't accept my cash. I will avoid this store in the future. Thankfully my big shopping was done in Cardiff.

I dont think they have enough selection of items for reptiles could be a lot better for that section

As a first-time puppy owner, they helped me with all I needed to get for him and made sure things fitted him properly. Also helped me with the pets at home app, which has been saving me loads. 👍👍👍👍

Stopped in to purchase and get advice around preparing home for a kitten and was not disappointed. There is a wide selection of food, accessories, equipment and bedding for cats, dogs, rabbits, birds and fish. I got a cat bed on sale for less than £20 which was cheaper than B&M nearby. The food is competitive on price with supermarkets and discount stores. As well as the advice given was an encouragement to download the app as a first time customer and receive a 20% discount. Very appreciated and will shop here again.

Usually good. Not impressed yesterday. Went to buy a dog coat. Had it in my hands when a member of staff just said can I try this on a dig and took ir before I had chance to answer . She then proceeded to try it on a dog that was scratching like mad . It was the only one in the size and although she handed it back I wasn't about to buy it them. After using your store for years I will now be using a different store. No more pets at home for me .

I'm glad I normally shop in Cross Hands pets at home which is an amazing store. The knowledge the staff have from port Talbot is written on a script and even that needs updating. A shame really as there is so much to gain from knowing your products.

Lovely clean store as is always the case. Lots of pets there and best of all the staff I encountered were genuinely interested and n the pets people had brought with them. All in all a great experience.

Staff are all friendly and go out of their way to help. I had my hamster from the store and they helped me with what cage, food, and accessories were best for her and how to care properly for her. Any questions were answered quickly and professionally and all staff seem to know what they are talking about

Over priced big time, little variety when purchasing fish. Spent a fair while picking out a few fish for our pond THEN the mask muppet tells us we must have a filter in a pond to buy fish !!! Our pond is small, cleaned weekly, waterfall and oxygenation plants, you do not need a filter in such a pond!! Local pet shops confirmed that the pond did not need a filter. Don't waste your time and money here, this company has gone down hill and continues too.....AVOID.

Very helpful and happy people working there. They really seem to like animals and made a fuss of my puppy. There's a great selection of everything we needed.

Everything was okay, animals being housed there look like they need more taking care of. Rabbits only had water bottles when it’s very well known within the rabbit community that they should have water bowls as water bottles are hard for them to drink from. Also barely enough room for them to move 3 steps which was sad to see.

Fantastic experience today from Michelle in your port talbot branch, I came in to pick up some supplies for my new kitten that I will be getting, I wasn’t really sure I’d picked up the right stuff, I got to the till and was asked if I was getting a new kitten to which I replied I was, that’s it’s been a while as my current cat is 8, she asked about the VIP and I do have an account but don’t normally bother and long since lost the card, she explained how to download and login finding my details on the system, adding my new kitten (and current cat) and all the savings and benefits I receive by doing so, she really saved me so much money, she gave me a little booklet and mentioned to come back for some free kitten food (as you were out of stock at the moment) I shall be returning and I shall be buying more, something so daunting when your not sure what’s best, she really made my day.
