This hotel was beautifully furnished and very clean. We stayed in a waterfront room with double french doors that opened up to a large balcony. Bring a bottle of wine and a good book (no TV) and enjoy the water views on the balcony! Great downtown location and super easy check in.

I recently stayed at the Belmont for a special reunion. I was blown away by the attention to detail in every aspect of this hotel. The bed was the MOST comfortable I've ever slept in (did not want to get out of it). the sheets were pure silky heaven and the views unparalleled!!!! 2 waters, juices and plastic wine glasses perfectly arranged in the fridge. 2 huge beautiful blueberry muffins graced the pressed glass plates with REAL forks for our morning delight and THANK YOU GOD for a Kurig versus a small old coffee maker! The place was SPOTLESS and beds perfectly made, bathrobes perfectly hung in the wardrobe. Slept like a baby with the French doors opening onto the porch with the beach below and sounds of the waves gently lapping the shore. Watched the ferry going by and the sunset from the bed. LIFE IS SURELY GOOD! I will be back and will tell everyone I know! THANK YOU for a little slice of heaven! I felt like a Queen and my family can't stop raving about your hotel! I hadn't even gotten to the convenience to shopping and whale watching all within the same block as the hotel! AHHHHH

The room was beautiful with high ceilings, exposed brick, a big comfy bed, and was very clean. The owner checked in with us over text and was super kind. There is an entirely self check-in process that is easy to follow which is great for social distancing. This hotel is right in the middle of downtown Port Townsend. We woke up each morning and walked out the door and 1 minute to our right for great coffee and 3 minutes to our left for pastries. We will be return customers for sure!

Absolutely loved our room and the exposed brick wall. Everything was sparkling clean. We had an issue with the hot water and the service was prompt and courteous. Dinner was good, but not stellar, but their house made cheesecake was absolutely decadent. Would love it if this place had a deeper tub and better menu, but overall, our experience was lovely and we plan to come back and stay again.

The Manager, Mary Lou was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me make my parents special weekend great.

This lovely small hotel right in the heart of Port Townsend. I walked to restaurants, the Saturday Farmers Market, and shops. The deck off the waterfront room was sunny and peaceful - perfect to enjoy morning coffee. Self check-in worked great, and the room was well stocked with everything I needed. Will definitely return when I'm in PT! Note that the hotel was beautifully renovated in 2018, so older reviews (especially ones about food from the now-closed restaurant below) don't reflect the current experience.

Nice place. Had lunch there with 4 friends. Has nice water views. The food was good. I had crab stuffed Dover sole with lobster bisque for $10.95. It came with wild rice, but could have used a vegetable or the salad or soup option for say $12.00, like the sandwich & cod choices offer. The staff was very good, attentive and pleasant. I noticed a couple little things that could take the experience up a notch. The tables are set beautifully, but the bundled linens sitting on a table right as you walked in made things look unorganized & unkept. I will go there again. Its right on the edge of being a great experience rather than just a good one.
