Great atmosphere. There is a high level of cooperation and collaboration among clients and between the instructors. Most people are accommodating so it's relaxed and easy. That way you can be intense and not get obstructed. It's emphasis is fitness, not body building, but that too can be accomplished to a reasonable degree. Space is cramped at peak periods and they have the practice of limiting the air conditioning at the Starlite branch.

Good equipment and environment. Great value. Always went off-peak so no problem with parking. And they have Concept2 ergs.
