A mall you can easily skip. Half empty. Even the public toilets are closed. Only good as a short cut to shops behind it. Really needs an owner that has an interest in revitalising this once pretty decent shopping mall. It's not yet the graveyard that the mall in Antrim is, but it's getting there.

At least they have made an effort and knocked some it down and provided some good outside retail to compliment the retail park across the road at the retail park, the inside the mall has some retailers left but needs more shops in the actual mall but it’s not the only mall struggling in the province.

A shadow of its former self, the Portadown High-Street Mall has very little in the way of choice. With only a few niche stores within (The Works, a nail bar, etc.), the real value is in Greggs oit front, or the collection of stores toward the outside rear of the mall. There you will find Cafe Nero, B&M, Lidl, and the likes.

Even after a multi million pound make over this shopping centre has still little footfall. Shops at either end but nothing in the middle. The toilets have been closed for since Covid.

Almost as many shops closed here as there is open. It's a shame it's a lovely Mall in the middle of Portadown town centre. Guess it just sums up retail.......it's a dying trade thanks to the internet!!

Nothing like what it used to be back in the day. I am sure Rushmere and the rise of Amazon have played a massive roll in this. The Mall still has a couple of decent stores, such as The Works and Greggs, but it is best to walk through to the renovated space out back which includes Caffé Nero, Lidl, and the like.

The empty units are starting to fill up nicely after being vacant for years. Lost 2 stars for lack of toilets. You had very nice facilities I do wonder why you closed them. Now everyone goes up to Gregg's to use theirs which are very grim 😞

Few shops of interest there but nothing major they could do with toilet facilities

Very poor selection of shops. Was a lot better years ago.

Really basic choice of shops. Most were closed.

Not much in it. Free parking for two hours so good to park and browse shops in the mall and town centre

This leads out to a nice square with large stores outside. The mall itself has some nice independent shops. Portadown has certainly improved.

Good spot but is lacking in shops not much of a variety.

Did away with public toilets inside the actual mall, they've just split it and made it more complicated than it needed to be....

It's what it is. Decent enough variety of shops. Looks great after the refurbishment

Went to visit Opticians and used the time to see the shops, its interesting to see the efforts in recovering from lockdown.

Good shopping Mall in Portadown. Used to be a lot better with better shops etc, but there is on site parking, although you do have to pay, and there are a few good shops that still make it worthwhile. You can also walk from here to the rest of Portadown really so it's not a bad base to start from.

It's ok but only a small mall with a few shops. Cafe if you want to stop for a drink. Four hours free parking if you want to have a walk around Portadown.
