The delivery service is ridiculous, always consistantly late deliveries. The food is ok and the portion sizes are good, however the service on the phones is attrocious if you have to call back. My food was an hour late and when i phoned i was told he is "out the door" which was a blatent lie as it took another 40 mins to travel less than 2 miles. Clearly understaffed and overworked i wont be returning.

Wouldnt even rate 1 star, waited an hour to recieve the wrong order which was a small box but still paid £22 which was for the large box then rang and got told it would be another hour for the right order to come rang again after an hour to be hung up on 3 times when speaking and then get told that it would be another 40 minutes. Would not recommend terrible costumer service and food came dripping with grease and a hair rapped around my onion ring . Absoloute disgrace and the cheek of the people on the phone and even the boss who couldnt be reasonable. Wont be back!!

Food good but sadly the prices have went up

Ordered a combination black pepper dish. Ordinarily prawn pork chicken and beef. 2 prawns and some pork. Told I would get a free one next time! There won't be a next time . When you cut corners you cut customers too

Not a very professional take away, while my partner was waiting in store on our order, one of the delivery drivers turned up with music absolutely blasting and passengers shouting, the passengers then got out, looking drunk, nearly falling into my van, stopping to knock the window of the take away and wave inside before walking round the corner to I'm assume use the toilet, whilst another delivery driver turned up and actually blocked me in my space. The food was average, not worth the headache going for it and I definitely wouldn't want a delivery from their drivers.

Worst food I’ve ever had - Menu says one thing and another thing comes. Ordered “fried chicken” and that’s not what came in, just wish places would be more careful with wording as I’m a type one diabetic and had to work out my insulin for the meal I was eating , thought I’d made a mistake but googled “fried chicken” and it’s now competly off, sauce is extremely runny and the special fried rice tastes boiled in stead of fried. Prawn crackers taste stale also. Just frustrating. Lady who brought it to the door was really lovely though

The food wasn’t very nice at all, it tasted frozen and watery, we ordered fried chicken and satay sauce and we got cooked bland pieces of chicken with incredibly watery sauce, very disappointed.

My favourite Chinese at the moment all food has been cooked perfectly
