The play area is split into 2 sections 0-3 years and 4-12 years. The larger play gym is well designed with lot's of levels and sections for climbing and crawling. There are dedicated party sections and an enclosed trampoline. My girl loved the huge slide and the ball pit. The restaurant has a large selection of eats and delicious looking treats. The staff around the play areas were visible and efficient. As an indoor area it is a good option for a rainy day. But it is loud (as can be expected) and the sitting area is quite compact.

I paid at the door with a £50 note, no problems at all. When I ordered food for my family, I paid with another £50 which was refused because they told me they lost their machine to check if it was real?! I was asked to pay in another way, which I did. The food was disgusting, coffee and food cold. The toilets were also disgusting, over flowing with poo and they stank. There were children climbing dangerously up the side of the big slide, plus children trying to push said children off the side and when I told staff, they seemed completely uninterested whatsoever. I wouldn’t return to this place. It was smelly, crass and unpleasant.

Today child was assaulted by other two children and management done very little to sort things out.(offenders were allowed to stay on and play ,potentially causing more upset or hurting other kids) Owner never came over to see the child covering in blood..neither no one from that place offered a glass of water or any apology.. Appaling treatment by management ! Please avoid..

Absolutely amazing! All the staff was amazing but Joanne was just unreal she went above and beyond for my little boys birthday party today. As a mother of two additional needs children it’s so hard to find a good quiet space for them to enjoy for birthdays parties .. any mummy/daddy’s looking for a good children’s party place, peterpans is your place! Thank you all so much, especially Joanne ❤️🥰 xx

Great big play area, friendly staff and nice food. Safe and excellent screen for observing children whilst in the play frame.

This is an excellent venue for childrens parties. While the kids can enjoy an action packed day in the soft play area, there are lots of tables for the adults to relax at and an impressive menu of hot and cold food for everyone at very good prices.

We went on a Sat afternoon with a 2 and 3 year old. Place was far too busy, completely full and hard to get a table. Staff were letting more families in nonstop. I think at peak times this place is awful for younger toddlers as it too big and lots of older kids running everywhere, knocking smaller kids down (no badness, just older kids). I would recommend for ages 4+. I also think this place needs to review the max number allowed in at any time, it was far too full over capacity and overrun on Saturday. We didn't have a second either for a tea/coffee as it was too busy. Personally, not for me and we won't be back. I understand this would suit other families with similar aged children, but we wanted a calmer play environment and learned our lesson. Might be calmer in the mornings.

A great place to keep toddlers amused. Staff are friendly and helpful without exception. I commented on the staff excellence to the Team Leader who I think was Marie and the other person who stood out was Jordan. Good excellent value and great quality.

Kids had a brilliant time at pre booked Halloween party. The food is well worth the price. Already been twice in 2 weeks as kids were never bored. Staff friendly too

Very good place to bring children but they shouldn't be charging for adults, for staying with their children.it is very expensive for children £6.75 and £1.00 per adult when they are buying food and beverages.

Used to love this place but its gone downhill .... not enough staff... overcrowded...overpriced especially when your toddler can not use the facilities for their age because older children get to jump into the baby section..staff look absoloutely miserable and the toilets are appauling ... im sorry i had to write this review about a place that once was great to take kids too

Think before you bring your kids there for health and safety reasons! Shame on you Owner of the place! As we just came in today my 9 years old son was assaulted by two boys so bad that he came to me distressed with bleeding and bruised nose, ripped and swollen ear, scratches to his face and neck as well as red broken cappilats on the neck from them choking to him..his football shirt was covered in blood too. It was two boys around my son's age..with granny, mum an other woman and toddler and baby in the stroller ... They had no notion to apologize and instead were smerking and laughing at us... My son was distressed at the table with me and two of his sister at his side. One of the staff brought my son icepack and napkin to wipe the blood of his face.. As there was no more support from anyone in that place I decided to ring police ...only time the Owner came over to me to notify that the police wants to talk to me.. Surprise,surprise...police couldn't do anything as those kids were under 10' Only thing they offered to talk to parent of the kids..and she was waving the hands and shouting like something out of shameless...only thing they packed up right away and left..whole gung of them..walking away and spitting abuse and wawing the hands... I must stress the owner(or manager) of Peters Pan didn't come up once to see how was my son or to see if we needed anything or try to sort anything out.. Police told me peters pan management has authority to ask those people leave. So Peters pan management refused to ask them to leave to my request! So these two boys ,who assoulted my son were allowed to stay and potentially assault other kids in the place! We won't be back and I won't recommend for health and safety reasons to anyone to bring their precious kids to that place! Shame on you owner...!!!

Has always been great for kids, but floor supervision badly needed. Adults in main frame, kids climbing up slides , big kids sprinting around etc.
