This
used
to
be
a
great
place
to
stay,
and
depending
on
your
needs,
could
still
be.
I
will
find
a
different
place
in
the
future,
though.
The
pool
area
was
very
crowded
and
the
other
guests
were
incredibly
rude.
Toddlers
were
getting
knocked
over
by
older
kids
whose
parents
seemed
to
encourage
that
kind
of
behavior,
and
my
kids
had
to
dodge
teens
who
were
throwing
footballs
and
doing
cannonballs
into
the
pool.
I
understand
that
it's
not
the
hotel's
responsibility
to
control
guests'
poor
behavior,
but
tolerating
it
at
the
expense
of
safety
isn't
good
business.
The
hallways
are
incredibly
loud
at
all
hours
and
I
heard
multiple
screaming
matches
in
the
few
hours
we
ended
up
staying
this
time.
The
room
was
okay,
but
the
cracked
tiles
in
the
bathroom
need
to
be
repaired
as
they're
very
sharp.
When
I
called
to
let
staff
know
that
we
left
early
and
why,
I
was
told
that
it's
Spring
Break
and
there's
nothing
they
could
do
about
it.
This
is
not
a
cheap
hotel
so
I
expected-
at
the
very
least-
better
customer
service.
If
you're
looking
for
a
family-friendly
environment,
this
may
not
be
the
best
option
for
you.
If
you're
looking
for
a
place
to
party
and
want
an
upgrade
from
the
other
hotels
on
20,
this
is
your
spot.
