I booked this room before looking at the reviews.. front desk area wreaked of cigarettes. Carpets and walls were freshly painted. Boogers or vomit on the wall, food and trash around the furniture, mold? The room smelled musty, blankets had wall paint on them, hallway smelled like weed. When I was leaving I noticed a pile of broken furniture, fans and trashed piled against the building. Luckily the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and refunded me.

It was a last minute stay..staff was friendly and helpful..stated the pool was closed due to a guest getting irate and cut something up in the pool..got to the room tub had dirt ring..out dated chair with stains bed was big and comfy(King size) floor could use some attending to. Upon getting ready to check out..the toilet overflowed with water running into the room..great location off highway..needs some renovation otherwise a nice sleep just to continue our trip.

If I could give zero stars I would. I can’t describe in words how absolutely disgusting this hotel was. To start off our bed wasn’t even washed, there was blood on the sheets in two spots. You could just smell and visibly see that the bed needed washed and wasn’t clean. There was puke or some sort of spatter on the light fixture above the bed. The floors were visibly stained and dirty and obviously needed vacuumed. The lock to our door was broken along with the peep hole. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, all the silver in the bathroom was rusted, the shower had bath water on the soap tray from someone previously taking a shower. The toilet was disgusting literally thee entire room was dirty and unclean. On top of not feeling safe because we had no lock and our card also wasn’t working there were two other parties that were clearing involved with illegal activity and intoxicated that made me feel seriously unsafe. And upon arriving we had to wait an hour to check in with our reservation. Do not stay here. Do not stay here. OSHA needs involved with this one.

After reading reviews, I was a little nervous about this property. But I booked it anyway. This was really not a bad hotel. If you’re looking for 5 star, mints on your pillow, this isn’t for you. If you need somewhere decent to sleep at a reasonable price, this is perfect. The lobby was clean and front desk staff were friendly and hilarious. Got my room squared away quick and easy. Interior hallway to the rooms- not terrible. Doors actually locked to get into the building and keys actually worked. The hallways was clean, though outdated. Yes, the carpet is old. And doesn’t have stains or smell bad. The room smelled like bleach when we entered. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, the floors were clean. The air conditioner WORKED… like, really well. things I didn’t like •the outlet under the tv didn’t work. no tv, no fridge, no microwave, nowhere to plug in more than one phone or electronic. We didn’t complain, so I can’t fault them for not handling it. They didn’t even know during our stay. (Room 326) •the ceiling had some staining. Only a couple of spots but yuck. I don’t even know that I can be “mad” about it. So much as a “hey You should tell your cleaning crew to look up.” •the ottoman for the chair was unhelpful. It was the only thing that looked old, broken, and dirty and I wouldn’t have even known if they hadn’t provided it to begin with. 😬 • another guest stood out in the hall for over an hour on her phone. 🙄 8am… The area was not bad either. 2 motels across the street, a liquor store, 2 gas stations and a Dennys. That’s it. Right off the freeway. Honestly, for the price, I would 100% stay here again.

This property is so poorly cared for, our room had a moldy smell when we entered, the hot tub was not clean, the tub and/or shower began leaking, and to top it off, we killed a roach in our room that was crawling on top of the hot tub. Their grounds are full of cigarette buts and various other debris, including a tire. This is my 3rd time trying to post a review, my other two have yet to show up. If you are considering this property, please steer clear. The front desk clerk met me with a greeting of “yeah”. We checked out a day early with the promise of a refund, which we have not yet seen. We brought all our COVID supplies, and still couldn’t combat the mold and general filth in this room. Finally, on the wall and tub of the shower area, there were long black hairs. Their prices are competitive, but absolutely not worth it. FIND ANOTHER LOCATION!!!

Don't advertise you have a pool if it's going to be closed for the long term. Hallway smelled like smoke more than a hotel should where people aren't supposed to smoke inside. Don't advertise you have a room with a whirlpool if it's broken for the foreseeable future. Continental breakfast ran out of fruit before I was served. The only positive was the price was lower than some other hotels, but you get what you (don't) pay for. Easy to control temperature in rooms and the bathroom heater/lamp was a nice touch. Call ahead if you need a first floor room because they have no elevator.

Reasonable rates for a night stay. Very friendly and professional staff. The room was cozy, the bed and pillows comfortable. Easy to keep a comfortable temperature in the room. A few things I did not like, the light/vent in the bathroom is triggered by motion, (it is the brightest light in the bathroom) the convenience is understandable, but I would've just liked to be able to shut it off completely. The only other thing I struggled with was the TV, I wasn't even able to turn it on, my bf came in and flipped it right on, so possibly on me? All the channels were fuzzy and 1 channel had no sound at all. Definitely don't think that was me. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would most definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

My card was charged way more than my receipt stated. I left the room in better condition than when i got there. Organized all dirty towels. Sprayed lysol when i arrived. Didnt complain about pre-existing stained bed sheets, carpet, walls, and ceiling or the broken toilet but got charged a large amount extra. This place is a money pit dump and it seems they are overcharging to try to compensate.

We have stayed at this hotel for 6-7 years. This was our worst experience and we won’t be going back. We booked 3 rooms. 2 rooms had hair on the floor in the restrooms and showers. 1 room had feces on the wall in the restroom and a cockroach ended up in a cup. The restroom didn’t have any toilet paper and had to ask for some. There were dirty handprints on the back of the restroom door and the door was literally crumbling at the bottom. The pool has been closed for the past 3 years. Front desk staff was seen mostly outside smoking.

Very friendly at the door so far, really pleasant. I checked in was told no smoking yadayada. I get to my room and it smells like smoke with cigarette burns on the bed cover. Bathroom could use somefixing, pipes dripping and such. Baby was crying in the hall past 11pm or it sounded like it was in the hall it was so loud. Woke up early and got right out. Was super cheap at $50 for the night.

Let's start with the bathroom. They need to really work on them. I had 2 reservations 3 days apart my first room was ok but you could smell smoke in the hallways. Bathroom needs more attention for sure there was a mat in the tub that was really gross and the floor needs a major scrubbing. On my return trip I was given a "newly" renovated room again the bathroom needs help. The tub in that room had a something splashed all over it and white paint foot prints on the floor looked like paint and again the bathroom needs a major scrubbing. The room other wise was great. I can not comment on breakfast because we didn't beat there.

They don’t have a pool. The day shift person told me they did so I booked a room specifically because they claimed to have a pool. Right before my family and I left I called to check the pool times and a different person answered the phone and said they haven’t had a pool for over four years. I have to now wait 30 days for my refund from this place. And honestly I’m glad I didn’t stay there. My friend tells me after I make the reservation the beds and rooms were so nasty they checked out as soon as they opened their room door.

Our first time stay in a Days Inn! We were traveling from Wyoming to New York and we overshot the nights stop and reach Portage. We did not bother turn back to where we booked our night stay and went to Days Inn. John checked us in and he was such a hospitable gentleman. They also have breakfast… I was ashamed to eat free breakfast after paying only one portrait of President Ulysses S. Grant. People talked about smell in the hallway but there isn’t that bad smell. Room was clean. Bedsheets and towels fresh. Coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge all great. Oh they also have Wi-Fi… truly recommend this place

This hotel is definitely not worth the savings. As soon as we opened the door to the area our room was, it smelled so bad like cigarettes and marijuana. The room smelled horrible and when we asked to move, the next room was so much worse that I almost threw up. It smelled of mold and mildew. The fire alarm had no battery. The light fixtures and vent in bathroom were duck taped. The pillow had mold on it. The pillows were like half of a pillow and very worn out and bumpy. The bed is so uncomfortable and hard we all woke up so sore we could hardly move. It was like sleeping on the floor. The TV is no bigger then a 20 inch. Internet Password they give, did not work. The pool was closed. Not to mention I stepped on something sharp that looked like maybe a staple. I would not recommend this hotel. I don't even want to rate it a 1 star. That is giving too much credit. Unfortunately, I am not able to upload the photos I took. I will try to post them.

Booked this hotel at dinner after driving 1000 miles and needing a place to crash for the night. The area doesn't look all that nice, and all the surrounding hotels including this one, all seemed a bit high in price. But this place was cheaper, and we'll once we got here we found out why it was cheaper. This is not a place we ever would have booked had we known. But I needed to shut my eyes for a few hours, and that's barely what I did. I think we slept maybe 3 hours before getting up to head out and on the road again. There were water stains on the ceiling, paint was chipped in places. Bathroom had evidence of water damage in spots. Spend your money elsewhere.

I get that it's a lower budget hotel but come on! The hallways had an overwhelming stinch of cigarette smoke. The rooms smelled like musty moldy, cigarettes and B.O. There was still food in the microwave from previous guest. The chairs were covered in stains and the furniture was broken. There was masking tape on the ceiling to cover up a hole. The very end entrance people were just using car keys and knives to pick the lock and just come and go as they pleased. There were blankets under the stairwell as if a person is staying there. We were on the last leg of our vacation and just needed a place to lay out head but this was disgusting The only positive was the nice gentleman at the front desk

This place was as gross as people say. The towels are all brown and everything reeks of cigarettes. But the location is right next to a Dominoes and Denny’s, so the food scene is pretty good. If you’re looking to save money, it’s not super worth it but you will. The people are kinda nice.

Checked in even though we were a little suspicious because it looked like many rooms were occupied by people living there. But… when got into the room and realized how old and worn out everything was, in addition to the smell of marijuana and uncleanliness of the whole building… we did not feel comfortable to stay. I do have to give credit for the customer service, it was good and efficient and he understood we didn’t feel comfortable staying and refunded our money. NOT WORTH TRYING TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS!

The bed sheets are clean. Employees added a star to the review. Very down to earth people. I have stayed at worse and it was at another days inn in Tampa FL. Of course this days inn is going through some remodeling from what I hear. It definitely is in need

The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and professional. Rooms quite big with good beds and mattresses may have been recently renovated. A lot of noise from adjoining rooms due to bad insulation. Good breakfast and great rate.

The hotel is exactly how you would expect a budget hotel that has not been updated except for paint, pictures, and beds since its birth in the 1970s. Yes, there are smells that may be stained in bodily fluids. Yes, there are tiles missing, Yes, there is exposed outlet wiring in electrical boxes. No, the pool is no open for swimming. No, all of the lights do not work. Thankfully the staff was friendly, the location was convenient, the price was cheap, the mattress and linens were comfortable and clean on the surface, and the breakfast was upper end continental.

We checked in and soon as we opened the door to our room my daughter noticed a cockaroach on the wall so we left. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and told us she doesn't blame us for not staying.

once you arrive at the property, it understood it was a little run down. I was traveling with a toddler and 10 year old. the first room smelled so much like smoke and was so filthy that I went downstairs and requested a different room. the second room still had the smoke smell but was a little more clean. i went to Walmart and bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. sheets looked like they never had been changed. there were hairs in the bed. we bought blankets so we didn't touch the sheets. bed was hard as a rock. we could hear the neighbors throughout the night. room was run down to say the least and I had to keep my toddler in eye site at all times for fear she would pick something off the floor and put in her mouth since there was old cigarette butts and candy wrappers throughout. there were little bugs all thought the room. toliet was broken no toliet paper and bath tub was filthy. not once was our trash taken out or room cleaned throughout our stay.

I went on a travel assignment and stayed for almost 3 months. The staff overall was friendly and ensured that I had a good experience. I didn't encounter any problems that was not rectified. The room and hallway was clean and well kept. The environment was mostly quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you all for making my stay away from home manageable.

If you are planning to pay cash do not! They will say anything in an attempt to not give you your hundred dollar deposit back saying that hot sauce from a taco was blood and it was all over the bed. Luckily they did give me my money and put me on the do not rent list over hot sauce. That's really low.

I know that this place is cheap but DONT DO IT. My sister and I stayed here and it’s a little run down but not too bad for the price. We’ll fast forward to 0130 and we hear someone at the door, thinking someone was drunk and forgot their room we didn’t think anything of it, until 3 minutes later the door activated with a key card! Apparently the worker at the front desk gave another person access to our room because he thought it was his. He didn’t check for ID or anything and just gave him access to another guests room. When we called the front desk he proceeded to yell AT US and said we could check out if we wanted. Absolutely do not recommend unless you’re carrying or you want a stranger in your room at 0130.

When we first got there staff acting like we were bothering them. Then when we got to our hallway the smell was horrendous and then into the room. The bathroom floor was sticky but not sticky enough to stop the bug crawling all over it! Good bye we were gone!

The clerk at the counter was friendly and willing to answer any questions that you may have. Inside and outside the building and rooms were clean and well kept but needs to be updated and remodeled. The building, room furniture and room entrance door are old. The hotel is a 3-4 minutes right off the main highway, which is helpful when one needs to go to their next destination. Denny's restaurant is right next to the hotel building.

Room was not clean… crumbs and dirty coffee bags. Front desk at check in ( a blonde woman) not courteous or welcoming. Toilet with a high pitched sound, very loud, for a minute… a recipe yo wake up everybody. Poor maintenance. Would never go back. Wyndham shouldn’t put its name on things like this

Outside of the very friendly front desk staff, this motel was a mess. To start there was no phone in the room, no wash cloths, the toilet would not flush properly, the toilet seat was ready to fall off, the beds were the worst I ever slept on and the room in spots was filthy. I have stayed in Days Inns on numerous occasions and this one was by far the worst. We will NEVER stay at this motel again.

Excellent Room & Breakfast covers multiple options suitable for all age groups whether elders or kids ...otherwise it's hard to find appropriate breakfast when expect eggless breakfast being typical vegetarian

Terrible area. Garbage everywhere. Damage to the rooms upon arrival. Charged 100$ extra if you pay with cash. Stains all over. Pool constantly closed. One of the pillows is yellow. Ac was broken

The halls stank, luckily the rooms smelled ok. The wifi was awful, the shower was hard to use, and the lights were on timers so they randomly turn off. The hall ways and outside area was dirty and litter filled. On the upside, the bed was pretty comfortable
