The on-site manager, maintenance guy & groundskeeper have all done a good job turning this place around! Affordable housing that is clean and comfortable for me & my children. Anytime I have needed a repair or something replaced it has gotten taken care of! Close to town & to schools. New management has made a difference here!

Wish I could post pictures!! Got sick from MOLD in my apartment and management left me and my kids in the unit for 3 weeks! Manager showed no compassion or human decency towards us. Horrible place to live!!

I have been calling the office because there is a leak coming from the apartment above and the kitchen sink is clogged on top of a couple other things I need fixed
