Pro - Enjoyed a comfortable 3wk winter stay in this pleasant apartment. Bright, sunny and warm, effectively assisted by the aircon when necessary. Very conveniently located, short 5 min walk to the beachfront and 15-20 min walk to the facilities we used in town. Unforgettable walks along the beaches and along the cliffs to Vau. Great walks to the end of the breakwater and around the marina. There is a small farm behind the apartment block which is very quaint and we greatly enjoyed watching most of the animals and the farmer. Con - We felt bad about the waste of water caused by an ineffective water heating system. The heater worked well but the water has a long way to travel, so we mostly just used cold water in the bathroom, except at shower time. If the bedding had been better we could have rated 5 star. As is common on Portuguese farms there were numerous dogs on the property which some nights barked all night - not too bad sleeping in the front room but difficult in the back room which looks onto the farm.

Great location. Very nice pool and garden area. 3 min walking to the beach, shops, restaurants, pedestrian area, hop on/off city bus. Stayed at apartment 3b.

Superbe copropriété très bien entretenue, eau piscine contrôlée par professionnel le seul point négatif pas de place pour mettre les transats que nous avons à disposition dans l'appartement car ceux qui sont inoccupés restes autour de la piscine 😳 donc nous avons mit nos serviettes sur la pelouse 😏, à peine 10 mn à pied de la plage ⛱️ et du centre ville piétonnier où soirées animées... plus besoin de prendre la voiture car supérettes à pied également.
