This Starbucks was nice and clean in a pleasant downtown Portland location. There is ample indoor seating. There is quite a bit of open floor space inside as well. The service was excellent and they serve Nitro, my favorite Starbucks drink. Every time I've been here, it has not been too crowded.

One person making drinks, cold drinks, one running food. The person running food started making hot drinks 10 minutes after ordering ours and 7 drinks were in front of us. This was not a busy day. Pure inefficiency or no prioritizing ability.

This morning, I was absolutely floored by the kindness and excellent service provided to me by O’Ryan, the friendly gal running the cash register, and the rest of the staff at this location. I had accidentally purchased a bag of decaf Sumatra (that they so kindly offered to grind for me), and when I got back to the office all of my coworkers were so disappointed at my mistake! I called and spoke with O’Ryan and he was so pleasant and allowed me to exchange the coffee for non-decaf without issue. They even had the new bag ground up for me when I got there! This is the friendliest display of customer care I have seen from any food establishment in years and it really made my day! The employees at this location should receive a raise for their fabulous service (not to mention all the craziness they deal with downtown on a regular basis). They are promoting the Starbucks brand and five star service. Thank you, baristas!!!!

As much as I love Starbucks I am always the customer that double checks if the venti is the large one. That fun fact aside, I absolutely love the pumpkin spice frap with the addition of the crunch from caramel crunch. Paired with a muffin or pumpkin loaf and it's destined to be delicious.

Went during the afternoon, and the service was friendly. Very delicious hot chocolate.

There are a lot of Starbucks in downtown, this one is easily my favorite. The location and layout make it very appealing and the staff is wonderful. My barista was Amanda and she was simply wonderful, very personable and quick to create my drink. The decor, music, and general aesthetic of this particular location really make it an ideal stop on my way to/from work.

Just wanted to leave a review for grade A customer service and helpful information provided. I ordered my usual drink but wanted to extra hot so I could enjoy it later, when I asked what was the hottest temperature my latte could be made at I was told 180. Just being curious I asked why that specific temperature and was informed that after that the machines burn the milk giving it a bad taste and it becomes a safety hazard for baristas since it bubbles out of the pitchers and can burn their hands. I thought that was so interesting and am thankful for the explanation, my drink stayed plenty hot and was delicious. I certainly wouldn’t continue trying to order a drink above that temperature hoping the person ringing me up is new and unaware and risk burning someone’s hands and having a poorly tasting drink, thankfully though I was reassured that even when drinks get rung up with such a high temp the baristas on bar know and will only make it to 180 and then let the register know for future ringing. Thanks guys! Keep up the great service and helpful education!

Oh my! All the baristas here are wonderfully friendly. The service I get at this location always goes above and beyond. I'd rate this location hundreds of stars if I could. Again the staff is just wonderful, it's probably the best Starbucks I've been to.

Always have my order ready to go and know my name. Clean and happy.

Occassionally understaffing leads to longer wait times, like many places these days. Staff is friendly and engaging. Sometimes closed at peak times, I think due to sick calls, just wish they could put reason on closure sign.

I love Starbucks coffee, they have great coffee without sugar and a little milk, a good coffee shop, their coffee is fresh, and the service is very ❤️🌹🍱
