Absolutely amazing! Chef Alex and his crew are thoughtful and playful with their approach to food and presentation. We tried everything on Plumb’s opening menu, and loved each and every dish. The pork chop was my personal fav - a perfect combo of nostalgia and sweet/savory deliciousness. I cannot wait to come back again and again!

Truely a rose bud in the city of roses! Please try them....so yummy I can't even believe the flavor profiles in each dish. It was magic on the tongue!

Righteous place to get wiggly

I dined here with my friend Amy, a professional chef, and she was truly excited by the creativity of Chef Alex. But I am more of an eater than a chef. And this was fabulous food for me as well. The Pork Ribs were so tasty and tender. We tried appetizers, two entrees and the amazing French Toast. All were absolute home runs. Highly recommend you check out this culinary delight.

I’ve always loved deadshot, and now I love this new restaurant inside! All the food we tried was phenomenal. The sauces that came with the roasted squash blew me away. We also loved the pork croquettes, and the tuna tataki. Highly recommended!!

Incredible food in a trendy yet relaxed environment. The menu strikes the perfect balance between adventurous (for the foodies) and approachable (for fans of classic pub grub) and you can see that whoever designed it really has a grasp on the Portland food scene. We’ll definitely be back!

Plumb restaurant is Inside/with Deadshot Bar Very interesting creative food without being weird. Even when you're full you want to keep eating. Smart to share plates so you can try different things. Pork chop, Gouda potatoes, and cauliflower were favorites all around, large, juicy encased chop! Don't even know how to describe the gravy/sauce but to say it's amazing. Had a great Manhattan as well.

Wow wow wow! I was thrilled to order a cheeseburger from the new Plumb within Deadshot - to find that this classic had been wonderfully reimagined and executed perfectly. I loved the way the Gruyère and Dijon worked together to create a well balanced flavor 💖 I will absolutely be back to try more of their menu. 10/10

I went to this place by chance and I was pleasantly surprised the mixologists were kind and helpful and I got their drink of the day and it was amazing I don't remember what it was called but the process of them making it was very complicated it was silky fruity and delicious. The food was also really well balanced and even the portions were great. I really enjoyed how the food completely filled me up but was also light if that makes sense. I hope to go back someday and bring friends so they can enjoy the delicious food and wonderful atmosphere

Warm day but cool options and Deadshot is a phenomenal bar that has some of the best drinks in town. Plumb took over the kitchen with new American flavors. Well executed and delicious with local flavors and ingredients.
