I have mixed feeling about the experience but I will try to be as understanding as possible and give an honest insight. I wanted to give it 3 stars but since I feel I would go back I left it at 4 for now. The staff was super friendly and the PA did a thorough job. However I highly recommend if you need labs done have them send you to the lab, they are not experienced enough, unless you have super easy veins. I also found they were a bit disorganized system wise, they took both of my insurance but I'm pretty certain they only ran one up front, but given what the company is trying to do, I would give it a pass.

They dont take moda synergy at all. The website lies about it, zoomcare codes it as "primary care" even though it is urgent care (literally says urgent care on the bill), and "out of network" even though it advertises as in-network. So cost $250 instead of the 25 that moda promises. And of course they dont tell you any of this going in, they just say "we take moda" which is only true if you tell moda that zoom care is your primary care provider, which moda in fact does not allow. Furthermore, all appointments are 15 minutes, which was not enough time to address my urgent healthcare need, so I had to wait 5 more hours until the next available appointment after my issue wasn't solved in 15. All the humans there were totally fine, just a system built to get money, not to help people. Furthermore, they told me the flu shot they were giving me in office was free, instead the liquid in the shot ($25) was covered but the act of sticking it in my arm ($64) was not covered. Finally, their online payment system doesn't work on chrome.

Great to get an appointment right away when my primary care is booking a month out, however when I visited Wajma Niazi for my 8 am appointment she sent me on my way by 8:10 am. I'm all for efficiency but she asked me no questions about my symptoms other than when my sore throat started. She seemed like she was just looking to get me in and out with a prescription with no regards to taking any medical history. Felt careless with no regard to patient interaction. Prescriptions provises have not helped at all for reasons I came. Pharmacist even suggested that directions provided were not provided with my symptoms in mind.

I will try to avoid Zoomcare at all costs in the future. The negligence I experienced from every department-scheduling, provider treatment, and billing has been ridiculous. Scheduling: On the website, I signed up for an 'urgent care' appointment and they said they accepted my insurance. My insurance covers urgent care appointments. It wasn't until after my appointment that I was told it was billed as 'primary care' and they aren't in network with my insurance for primary care. This is despite showing zoomcare it says 'urgent care appointment' in my confirmation email. This seems completely fraudulent and unethical. Additionally, I asked why I never received a Good Faith Estimate as physicians are required by law to provide one due to the No Surprise Act. They told me they were somehow unable to provide one of those despite knowing that they were billing as an out of pocket primary care appointment -so are they are above the law? Provider Treatment: My provider administered the test incorrectly and gave my condition a false negative. I had to wait 5 days to get an appointment with a doctor at a different company who did the test correctly and I was able to get treatment for my condition. Due to zoomcare's provider's negligence, my condition obviously got worse over those following days. Billing: I somehow received a bill for hundreds and hundreds of dollars 5 months after my appointment. After I told them my provider administered the test incorrectly (medical malpractice) they offered my a hundred dollars off my bill. I agreed, but they continued to send me the original bill. I called them a month later and they had NO DOCUMENTATION of that call about the medical malpractice or agreeing to lower my bill. How?? Once I finally received the updated bill, I went to begrudgingly pay it online, and my online account said I had no payment due. I called the billing department and they had my balance and said the online portal had issues. How in the world was every department at this company such a mess? Oregon already fined zoomcare $285,000 as part of a lawsuit in 2017 and I wouldn't be surprised if I see some sort of class action lawsuit towards them in the future. What they are doing can really hurt people both medically and financially.

Horrible front desk staff, totally unorganized. False advertising when on the website they said they take PacificSource and when I called they said yes no problem and then later come to find out that they didn't. Also listed here as urgent care and it is NOT. They billed me for a new patient visit when I was passing through and just wanted to confirm my kiddo didn't have an ear infection. The PA looked I her ears for 5 seconds, said it wasn't bad enough for antibiotics and sent me on my way - 10 min tops and an over $300 "new patient" bill. When I called to complain they said whoops yes, we are not urgent care but the Google profile category is all listed under urgent care. A SCAM. We live in Bend and we're passing through and just wanted a covered urgent care. I called their support and they reduced the bill but we still have to pay over $100 (more than our urgent care copay from insurance). Trust me, go to a real urgent care with staff that know what they are doing...

The staff were capable and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions I threw them in full, and the blood draw was surprisingly pleasant and nearly painless. Many thanks to Mindy G and Zach P.

Experiencing severe nausea and dizziness but was denied care because the clinic refused to check coverage of any sort. I work at a provider’s offices and we go above and beyond to verify patients’ coverages because we don’t deny care without evidence to. Provided auto insurance coverage because was in a rear end collision and they didn’t care to check the coverage. Instead proceeded to tell me that if I may have OHP, which they also didn’t check because it’s no longer active, I couldn’t be seen even though the auto insurance would cover the visit. They didn’t care to check, so they denied me care. My nausea kicked up, so I had to hang up the call. Very disturbed with how they handle care. They’re more worried about being paid, but too lazy to check coverage.

I visited this ZoomCare location twice this year. The doctor visits were fine, and I appreciate the minimal wait times. However, what prompted me to write this review is the hefty bill that I just received for a routine wellness visit back in May 2023. That visit should have be covered entirely by my insurance. If they don't accept my insurance, that should have been communicated upfront -- definitely not with a surprise bill over 6 months later. Surely, I am not the only person who has attempted to visit with Kaiser insurance. They should know if they don't accept my insurance. Also, it was never communicated upfront what my potential costs would be if insurance did not cover my visit and related labs. I also visited ZoomCare in August 2023, and now I'm worried that I'll be slapped with yet another huge bill. A couple years ago, I attempted to visit this very same ZoomCare. I had a different insurance plan back then. The staff at that time recommended I go elsewhere as they didn't accept my insurance. Apparently ZoomCare's ethics have gone completely out the window since then.

This office is terrible. Go anywhere else if possible. Do not go expecting any kind of real care. They don't even seem to know what insurance they take. We recently took our daughter there, were told they took our insurance, and then we received a $636 charge to our insurance that is uncovered, even thought their out-of-pocket office visit charge is $250. They even got the day of the supposed visit wrong. Basically, avoid ZoomCare at all times. It's terrible to see how far this once useful service has fallen.

Terrible experience. Was charged $250 for no care at all. Was told to go to an ER. I was there for matter of (10) minutes. They didn't touch the wound, no dressings to my wound, no medications or antibiotics, no new information, or recommendations on how to care for it. Still charged me on my way out $250.00. That's 1500/hr. Lol. Unbelievable. Mrs. Choi was a nice person but her superior was a bad decision maker. All about the money...

Zach, John and Mindy all took amazing care of me. I felt like they all cared about my well-being and valued me as a person and not just a number. They all went out of their way to help me, both at my initial visit and with some subsequent pharmacy issues (NOT any fault of anyone at Zoom). As a provider, Mindy addressed all my concerns thoroughly and took the time to discuss the options and her thoughtful reasoning behind her recommendations. I felt truly heard and actually *cared* for. Along with the amazing flexibility of hours, speed and ease of scheduling, the lovely humans at Hawthorne Zoom made this Urgent Care visit the best and most helpful experience I’ve ever had. Ever. Mindy, Zach and John: Thank you is an understatement. You are the actual best.

Went in here to be seen for extreme pain in my back and abdomen. The doctor was nice, which made a difference for me, but the woman I interacted with at the front desk (tattoos, brown hair) was nothing but nasty. Very passive aggressive and overly condescending. I wasn't in the most pleasant mood because I was in so much pain but I definitely was staying polite even tho I was strained to communicate. On top of that I had already driven over there from another location because even tho it's advertised as an urgent care apparently you need an appointment unless you want to sit around and wait for the next available one.

Zoom used to be an organization of problem solvers. Not so much any more. Younger practitioners. Greener. More protocol and less action. Biggest issue... nobody knows who is allowed to do what.

I scheduled an appointment for mental health medication on December 6th, and they cancelled the appointment the night before, around 9pm. I was upset but willing to give them another chance even though it takes weeks to get in with one of their doctors for your first mental health appointment. I scheduled another appointment today, December 29th, and when I arrived at the clinic for my 7am appointment they were closed. I stood outside for 10 minutes waiting, only to get yet another cancellation at 7:08am. The excuse is that my provider isn’t available at that time. One month of trying to seek out help only to get cancelled on like I mean nothing, which is a pretty ironic thing to do to someone who is so depressed they don’t really want to be alive. I will never reschedule with this clinic, and I think I’m done with ZoomCare in general since it’s clear that they don’t actually care about you.

This office got me in on the same day, very kind and helpful. I feel like I was actually heard and they worked with me. Very exciting to find people who still care. Thank you zoomcare!

Friendly, helpful staff who were willing to accommodate me even though I arrived far earlier than my scheduled appointment. Delightful conversation with everyone on site who I interacted with.
