This is a review of the Christmas Room not the business as a whole. I have done lots of rooms here but this one kind of missed the mark for my group. It was a little lackluster for the price you pay. Without giving anything away there wasn’t the same caliber of room design I expected from escape games. Mainly lock puzzles, linear and easy. If you are an experienced escape room individual you might find this room to be underwhelming and not enough of a challenge. Maybe this would be a good fit for a family or first time escape group! With so many interactive and unique puzzles that you can find across the Portland metro area this room is definitely more simple and less refined. The staff was great but I wouldn’t recommend this room if you have already done a few escape rooms.

THE MOST FUN ESCAPE ROOM. We visit escape rooms all around the country, and this has definitely replaced a spot as now being in the top 3 of my favorite ones out of 10+. Zach was a phenomenal host before, during, and after. He made the entire experience thrilling, and was helpful but still presented hints in a challenging way that guided us to the right direction but wasn’t a complete freebie. This way we still felt like we were tested in our thinking. Truly outstanding experience. Thank you for an incredibly good time!

Spooky, story-oriented and very challenging! Loved that we got to do this with our friends, put our brains together to get out just in time. Would definitely do this again!

What an incredible experience! We had a bunch of fun celebrating a friend’s birthday. Well-crafted puzzle room, with a high degree of difficulty, but definitely manageable with a good group of cooperative folks. Our game master Maverick was excellent, made us feel welcome, and made the experience that much better. Highly recommend for anyone interested in a fun and challenging experience.

Did the “Hour Before Christmas” Escape Room! Really cute themed and fun! Lots of little puzzles to do and work together but also work on separately. Host “Jingle” aka Madd was great, she had a good vibe, answered all questions and made the experience really fun and memorable. Would definitely recommend and come back for the prison escape!

We had an amazing time at Escape Games PDX! We came in wanting to play 1 game but ended up playing a second game as we had so much fun. Our game master, Zach, was fantastic! Clues were on point and the man stayed in character, which really enhanced the immersion. We can't recommend this place enough!

Hour Before Christmas was a super fun room. Perfect fairly easy difficultly for me and my fiancé who have done quite a few escape rooms before. Sara was a lovely host. We only used one clue and finished with about 7 min left.

It was our first time and we had lots of help from Zach, our guide. He was amazing and helped us finish all the way. He gave us some bonus minutes at the end until we finish figuring out to the end. We had lots of fun. Our group was composed of 2 adults, a 6, 8, and 10 year old children. They all enjoyed it. Can’t wait to come again.

Got to play the film noir escape room with my partner and it was definitely a challenge! Got us thinking more than other escape rooms we have been to and I recommend coming even just once. Got their own parking

Very great atmosphere and super fun! Mav was amazing as our room master. Definitly will be coming back
